Amazing, amazing service. So affordable, quick and easy! I can’t believe I wasted my time with Home Depot when I first moved to Manhattan, they are so much better and I’ll be using them again in the future!

I walked in a little before 9am on a Wednesday morning and needed to have 2 keys made. The entrance is a little hidden on the basement of the street view, but not too bad.
They were both pretty standard keys and the guy behind the counter was quick, friendly and had them done within 5 minutes. Cash is king here, but the 2 keys cost just a shade over $ 6 which I thought was very fair. Definitely recommend.

Great service, friendly staff. Call before you come though — I tried earlier and they weren’t there even during business hours (around 10:30am). No credit cards.

They were fantastic! I had terrifically bad experiences recently getting keys copied at the two other places in the neighborhood, so was thrilled to discover this place.
The prices were reasonable, the service fast, and I was advised that their business name was stamped into each key, so to feel free to bring back any key that was problematic. Only one out of six was problematic. They re-​cut that key, plus gave me an extra, newly-​cut key, explaining what the issue was. I was enthralled that someone could be so attentive to notice and explain which groove wasn’t cut high enough!
I wish I had known of them years ago. I can’t praise them highly enough.

This place is absolutely adorable! An older married couple owns it and they were so friendly. Copied keys super quick! Definitely will go back!

This place reminds me of old-​school NY, a really weird but great feeling in this neighborhood. It’s below-​grade down some stairs and the signage isn’t great, but don’t worry, service is fantastic and the keys work. They’re also guaranteed, which makes me happy. The woman behind the counter was friendly and humored my potentially-​annoying questions and chatter while she worked.

The lady in the store was super nice, she made a key copy in 3 minutes for $ 2.45 (cash only). The key is also guaranteed, in case you have problems. Recommended!

I had a key made by another locksmith and it didn’t fit the lock. I read their reviews on Unilocal,saw they were close to my office and decided to try All Service. They were great! educated me on the fact that the key I was asking to be copied was a fairly rare key and they knew it well. Both husband and wife were knowlegable and helpful. They even said that the key was guaranteed to work! An excellent experience at a very fair price.

This place is great. Owned and run by a couple I believe. I’ve been in twice and dealt with both husband and wife and they’re both super friendly. I will never go anywhere else to get keys cut as long as I live around here. Keys run about $ 2ea depending on the key. They just cut 5 keys for me in about 5 minutes. Only thing you gotta know is its cash only so have a few bills on you when you come in. Otherwise there’s a chase about 50 yards away.

I’ve been a loyal customer since I moved to the neighborhood in 2010 and now that I still work around here, it’s my go to spot!

Although is kind of hidden belos street level, this place does what it says and at great prices. $ 4.25, copied two keys. There is a lovely lady that helps you with alll your questions and locksmith needs.

Amazing service. Incredibly kind and friendly mom and pop proprietors. My keys were made in minutes and they came up with a creative way to distinguish two virtually identical keys. Be aware that they do not take credit cards. Like another poster, I did not have cash on me and they just told me to come back later. Don’t let the stairs and below grade location scare you — this place is a gem.

Why don’t you have a 10 star-​rating? Terry is fa-​bu-​lous-​!! My sister’s housekeeper locked herself out from the apartment in Chelsea. The only set of keys we had is the one I gave her this morning — My sister is on vacation… so, ouch! I called Terry and his lovely wife, Doris, came to the rescue. We got hold of Terry and he rushed to Chelsea and opened the door for $ 70.00 — yes, $ 70.00, not $ 200.00!
I was expecting him to come and get the cash at my office a few streets away from my sister’s apartment… About 1 h after my call, Terry called me to tell me that he had opened the door for housekeeper. I thought he was outside my office, but he was on his way back to his store… He told me that he would send me an invoice, not to worry! Unbelievable!
So I just sent him the money — What a wonderful man. His wife is lovely too! I’m stunned! Who said New Yorkers were NOT nice? Thank you, Terry and Doris…

Hidden little store that is on the lower level of building 226 E 53^rd St. Proprietor is an incredibly nice man who was able to copy my keys in less than two minutes. Looking around the very small shop, I realized he probably did not take credit cards. When I told him I didn’t have enough cash on me, he said, «Oh, well you’re in the neighborhood so don’t worry, next time you pass by just pay me then. No need to make a special trip to the ATM for this!» That’s not something I, as a lifelong NYer, am used to hearing. Definitely would go back for my locksmith/​key needs!
