BEWARE! I just had lash extensions here with a $ 49 groupon. I had $ 20 which I wanted to split and use $ 10 for a tip. To my surprise when I finished I was told I had to pay $ 10 sales tax only in cash. I then went to give the other $ 10 as a tip and was told it wasn’t enough because the normal lash price is much higher. She told me to put it on my card and I asked for $ 15 and she told me $ 20 is the minimum which is not true — minimum anywhere else is $ 10! I asked where an atm was and she said she didn’t know of one around so I ended up paying the $ 20, so overall $ 30 extra. It also only took 50min so I wonder if all 90 lashes were placed on each eye. This is no way to get repeat customers. I’d prefer them to be upfront about their hidden costs than to rip me off to my face.

Had a groupon deal for Brazilian wax and had such a great experience. Staff was pleasant and very attentive. Their organic wax was very good, didn’t hurt and didn’t irritate my skin. I usually look for deals on groupon for wax and go to places and check them off my list, but i liked the service at this one and the wax they used more importantly. I have sensitive skin and I have to say for an uncomfortable thing such as waxing your privates… i would definitely go back. The lady confused me a little when she said groupon Brazilian wax was basic and it would be $ 15 extra for full. I stuck to basic, and it still covered front and back from my experience… so the extra she was talking about not 100% sure what extra waxing it was… When you leave there is a $ 2.50 tax fee . Place is small and quaint.

Purchased a Groupon. Spent all day today trying to call to book an appointment but they wouldn’t answer the phone. When I did finally get through, the receptionist’s English was so bad I couldn’t understand her. She kept insisting there was an additional cash fee required for what sounded like a «self-test.» She got frustrated and rude when I couldn’t understand, and hung up on me. Super professional. I canceled the Groupon. I eventually figured out she meant«sales tax,» lol.

Purchased an Basic Organic Wax Brazilian and the esthetician tried to sell me on getting the full area done for an extra $ 15! $ 15 is the cost of the Groupon so what would be the point of buying the voucher. The tech did an okay job, but nothing amazing. I was really annoyed they would not wax the full area as I’ve never had this issue before when purchasing a voucher. Also, upon leaving the tech asked if I wanted to buy a FULL Organic Brazilian waxing session for $ 99 for 3 visits. I said perhaps later and she said that the promotion was only valid for this visit. When I said no thanks she proceeded to tell me that the normal amount for a Basic Organic Brazilian Wax is $ 70. Huh?!?(There is a huge sign when you walk in saying that a 20% tip is appreciated). How is a basic Brazilian $ 70 when I can buy a package to get a full Brazilian for $ 33. What a ripoff. I’m sorry for not even waxing my a**hole I’m not giving you a $ 14 tip. Here’s a tip: take off the hair people want, do not nickel and dime consumers for every single hair. Won’t be back.

Best Brazilian ever! I originally discovered this place through life booker. The whole waxing experience was so pleasant and I bought another wax package from the spa. The organic wax they use is amazing, I usually get a little irritated after wax but never at Allure Organic Spa. The wax is so gentle yet effective. The staff here is also very nice

Came here for a brazilian wax with a groupon deal. The employees here were very accommodating when it came to scheduling. They use an organic wax, and you can definitely feel the difference. The whole thing was done in like a half hour and there was no irritation, which was awesome! The whole place was also very clean which is always a must. I will be back for sure.

i did a groupon deal here. I don’t like when people try to sell me on more stuff then I need. I already brought the lashes deal but the workers insisted I needed to get more lashes(pay more money). My lashes didn’t last long. It stayed on for about a week. I wouldn’t come back.

I absolutely love how Lana does my lashes. I have been a customer of hers since summer 2015 and I have been going back to her for refills on a weekly/biweekly basis. I actually have extremely short and fine lashes with very little volume. Under Lana’s care, my lashes are now health and fuller. Also, I went to Katelyn for waxing on my arms — she’s done a fantastic job and she’s very skillful. I didn’t bleed like I normally do. Highly recommend!

Most horrible service, not going back. Pros– location, they got me a 7pm appt on the same day Cons-massive attitude and unprepared for basics. My eyes were itching/burning and I asked why. She said she wasn’t doing anything. Then she said I needed a facial. I asked what price range they were and she wouldn’t tell me. Then at the end I asked her to pass me a mirror. She told me to go to the wall and see. Every spa I’ve been to has a hand mirror and knows what services they provide. Not to mention I’ve never been to a place w this much attitude. My eyelashes were so so. One eye looked great, the other you can’t even see it. Needless to say she denied they were different and gave more attitude. I’ve never wanted to leave a «spa» so quickly. There are plenty of eyelash places out there. No need for this kind of treatment.
