I have gone to two seminars for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s, both excellent. Patient elder care lawyers answered questions, gave handouts, and showed support for the caregiver.
All at no cost!

Truly a remarkable organization. They offer a tremendous amount of information and resources for free to all care takers of people with alzheimers. They offer monthly educational classes as well as training courses to caregivers. There is a toll free hotline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — they are there to help with just about any type of situation that may arise having to do with alzheimers. to learn more for yourself. I also suggest, if you are able, to make a donation to help keep this wonderful organization going. Even if you can’t afford to donate $$, you might be able to do some volunteer work.
