Apex Engraving & Trophies

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. We had a celebrity design that needed to be engraved within 2 days. Their website says «same day service» and I was willing to pay a premium for 1 day service. The lady on the phone was nice but told me they had a larger job than mine and would not be able to accommodate me at any price. They told me it would take up to 6 weeks which is totally unacceptable. I asked them if there was anything they could do and the answer was «NO». I asked them if they could refer me to someone else and they told me to look for another engraver online. I will never give them my business as obviously their website has false advertising about 1 day rush service. Since I was a new customer, they blew it completely! I don’t like companies who do not offer the services they advertise or make me feel insignificant because I don’t have a large order. I would never treat my customers or potential customers like this.

Stellar service from beginning to end. I went to Apex to get cheese knives engraved for a wedding gift. Esther spent time to discuss all the options and showed me samples to help with visualization. She was very patient with me as I was overwhelmed with the variety of options to choose from! She emailed me proofs to confirm and I picked up the finished products just a few days later. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend. I will definitely be returning!

Tops, Very reasonable priced, very nice people, one day service is available, excellent quality. Family owned, which makes it all the nicer. You want to go back even if you don’t need something engraved!

i rate this a 10 out of 10 company. they probably have the best pricing in the city since they don’t charge by the letter. i had a lyric from a song (about 9 lines) engraved on the entire side of a patron bottle and it came out perfect. they accommodated my last minute request and it was ready after i walked around times square for one hour. knowing how reasonable their pricing is and how fast they can do this, i expect to be back here at least dozen times for future gifts.

I cannot say enough about this business. They engraved a quote on a glass wine decanter for me. Four things: The owners and staff were super nice and very professional, they did the work in one day, it looked AMAZING… and… it was less than half the price of other engravers!
I recommend Apex with the highest regard!!!
