Atelier036 is an award-​winning, full-​service architectural firm with experience designing academic, commercial, institutional and residential projects. Our services include all phases of design, from feasibility studies through construction administration. As part of our comprehensive design process we evaluate each project in its entirety: site, orientation, surrounding context, space and energy efficiency, budget restrictions, as well as materials, construction techniques, and post-​occupancy issues.

History

Established in 2011.

Atelier036 has focused in the past 2 ½ years on unique residential and commercial projects with focus on design, space making and high attention to details. Atelier036 recently won 3^rd place in design completion for Habitat for Humanity San Francisco.

Niv Ben-​Adi — AIA, LEED AP — Principal \ Lead Design

With more than 19 years of experience, Niv has a deep understanding of all aspects of architectural and urban design. His unique approach comes from the belief that all clients are unique and every project starts from a clean slate. He carefully studies his clients’ requirements in order to customize all aspects of the design project, from spatial layout to selection of material and lighting.

Niv’s architectural expertise spans from new construction to gut renovations and encompasses residential projects as well as large institutional, educational and healthcare projects. These are a few of his projects:

His recent residential and commercial projects in New York City, greater New York State, and New Jersey have included gut renovations, house master plans, custom cabinetry and unique lighting installations.
