Avalon Kips Bay

I love the attention and community at Avalon. From the first time that I visited, I could tell that everyone in the building — from the community consultants (James, Ginger, and Kfir), to the front desk security (Michael, Peter, Will, Francisco, and Jonathan), to the superintendents (Sal and Nigel) — take pride in their work and strive to keep everything running smoothly throughout the day.
The apartment itself is amazing — the views are beautiful, the units are quiet, and the amenities are fantastic!
I love coming back from work to a place that truly feels like home from the moment that I come in past the revolving doors!

I love this apartment building! Elevator, great view, nice amenities, gym, laundry in my apt., or if not, there is a laundry facility on the 3^rd floor. But my favorite part of being at Avalon is definitely my doormen! They are just the best! Huge shout out to Mike and Will! And everyone else is awesome too! The leasing office is so nice, James and Ginger will make you feel welcome everytime you see them, not just when you buy. They also helped out my business by featuring my business in their monthly newsletter and let me do a tasting in the lobby for all the tenants. And didn’t even ask for anything! SO nice!
Not only is the building nice but the neighborhood is just perfect. Its a quiet corner with not so much foot traffic, except maybe in the AM when people are walking to work at the hospital. But other then that, I forget I live in Manhattan sometimes because its just so peaceful. But walk 5 blocks up 33^rd and your in the biggest Macy’s in the world, next to the empire state, and in the mix of it all!
I highly recommend living in the Avalon Kips Bay as I love it!

I like everything about this building. It’s been several months, and so far no complaints. The location is perfect if you’re working in Midtown, very well connected, and still a bit quieter than in some other areas. The surrounding area is fun, and has everything necessary nearby. The building is well maintained, a huge plus is the thickness of the walls which is not usual in Manhattan, so you practically never hear anything from neighbours. The doormen are helpful and at the same time not too pushy, and the management is also very friendly. The apartments are very well kept. All in all, very nice building.
