Bought two handbags both of them fell apart when asked for a refund they refused. Horrible customer service and merchandise awful.

The customer service in your store can use some improvement. I was recently at your 375 Lexington avenue location and your employee behind the counter was very rude to me. I noticed a big «Store Closing» sign as I was walking in and I said «this store is closing?» she mocked me for asking a question which she thought already seemed obvious. On my way out I informed of her lack of professionalism, she got sarcastic with me, we started going back and forth at each other and finally I told her she was ignorant and she replied «yes you are» I gave up. I did not get her name but as a frequent customer, I have seen her there before. She is a medium built and medium height black woman, probably in her 40’s. She was wearing a big hat. There was a spanish looking woman at the register nearby who remained quiet the whole time. I guess she wasn’t the supervisor. A store without a supervisor on duty to keep staff in line is like the blind leading the blind in a place of business. No wonder the store is going out of business.
I plan to shop at your other locations. Hope I never see her face again or I will start shopping elsewhere.

The one I went to was a pop up store on 519 8^th ave ground floor. I gave them 2 stars because I got a cute jacket. I felt I had to buy something… The staff is annoying and pushy. They also change the sale once you get to the register. Overpriced and unimpressive.

I have shopped at this store for over 4 years now since living in this neighborhood. Typically, I go in and am treated very well and seem to always find something that I like for a reasonable price. Granted, the store is a bit cheesy, and some of the items I would never wear, but there are a number of other things that are nice, fashionable, and at a reasonable price.
The store is going out of business, and after this morning, it’s very clear why. I went in very early and was looking around and found a bag that I liked. When I asked if they had it in black, they said that they had sold it. I then asked Paris (sales lady) if they had the bag at another store. It’s 2013, usually you can look on the computer and see inventory of other stores, and if that functionality doesn’t exist, then you pick up the phone and call the other two stores to see if they have the bag.
After I asked her if they had it in another store, she then proceeded to go on and on (for literally over 10 minutes) about how they won’t know if they have the bag or not, and how can she describe it, accessories are different than clothes inventory etc… etc… I simply asked if she could relay a sku and if that would help? And she just kept talking over me and raising her voice. It was apparent that she just didn’t want to pick up the phone and call. I asked her to stop yelling at me and she said, ‘You have been in here before and you know this is my regular voice. Please don’t do this so early in the morning.’ God forbid I ask the woman to do her job. I was going to try and give her feedback, but decided to just walk out. She wouldn’t get it anyway. It’s very clear why the store isn’t doing well if that’s how she treats other customers.
So disappointed that I was treated so poorly. I have spent a lot of money in that store.

Love this store. I work across the street so its very convenient. I like to dress different, and this store has things that make me different. Staff is friendly and no pressure. So Stop on by you will love it.

Kind of a weird mix of stuff… as Nina W said…“cougar type clothes” and things I’d NEVER wear if my life depended on it, blended in with some real hip items perfect for the SF girl in NYC without the time to shop.
I went home with a really unique dress that I adore for a really great price! I get tons of compliments on it each time I wear it.
It’s not too big so you only need a small amount of patience to find a diamond in the rough in here!

I haven’t been into this store in years but I was looking for a last minute party dress and found a great one here for super cheap.
There’s «weird» cougar type clothes but the dresses are perfect for work or a party and you can’t beat there [seemingly] never ending sales.

These stores have recently improved a lot. I stopped in here recently when they were having a sale and picked up one or two items. What I liked was that I could pick one or two stylish pieces without totally blowing my wallet.
