I just wanted to take the time to share my review. I had laser liposuction on my lower back to give my butt, higher contour, and definition. What I love, appreciate, and respect about Dr Shahine, is the fact that he uses local anesthesia, no patient has ever died getting a procedure from him, and last but not least. I have yet to see any cosmetic surgeon that sculpts the way that he does.
When I went for my consult, Dr Shahine wrote notes, gave me a very fair price, and a prescription to get labs done. My blood work came back, I was too anemic for the surgery. I had to wait 60 days, after I was cleared. I arrived at his office. There was another patient before me that flew in from Japan. No big deal, I waited in a very clean, comfortable waiting area. An hour before my surgery I was given oral antibiotics, pain meds, and was changed into a surgical gown.
When I got on the table, I was very relaxed. I’m afraid of needles, but yet I don’t remember feeling when the local anesthesia was given. As the procedure started, I felt fine. I laughed, and joked with Dr Shahine. An hour later, I started to feel a slight tingle, I raised my finger, and Dr Shahine took care of it. After the procedure was done. I was wrapped in padding, and I helped into very lose pajama pants. I took car service home. I felt good enough to drive 10min to fill my antibiotics, and pain meds. This was after I was dropped at home.
The next day, I was a little sore, and draining fluids. I was well enough to drive 4hours round trip on a business meeting, the very next day. Yes I was sore, but perfectly fine. I made the appointment for my post surgical massages, and to get fitted for my Faja.
The massages was where I experienced the most pain. Within 4 weeks, I was a lot better. I worked out at the gym, and swam indoors the entire winter. I lost 35lbs from the surgery which I never expected.

I must admit, I got such good care, where I got my post surgical massages, my drains closed, you don’t see any scars. I do get a lot of stares from Men & Women but not in a negative way. I am planning to go back this winter to have my lower abs done. I am very pleased, and this has been my experience.

My friend and I had seen ayman for a fat transfer procedure in November 2011 and let me tell you it was horrible ! It was both of our first time getting anything done, she went first and while waiting in the waiting room I could hear her crying literally the whole time ! When it was my turn it was not different I was in so much pain from the numbing process to the actually sucking of the fat that I insisted he stop the lipo process and just finish the transfer to my bottom. Afterwards we were both literally unable to walk because we were in so much pain, the excruciating pain lasted for about 4 – 5 days before we started to feel a change. Anyways results were nice but could’ve been nicer (because I told him to stop the lipo because of the pain) we both thought nothing of it and figured it was because its surgery so of course it’s going to hurt. Wrong ! Last month I went for a lipo procedure in sand diego and was expecting pain and to my surprise NO PAIN AT ALL, of course the numbing process was a bit uncomfortable but nothing like my experience with ayman. Afterwards I was able to walk out on my own and the day after I had little pain really just felt like I did a good workout and my abs were sore. This made me really mad because after my 2^nd lipo experience I realized that there’s no way I should’ve been in that much pain from Ayman during surgery and even the recovery stage ! From mine and my friends experience and the other bad reviews here I suggest don’t see this guy.

Let me first start with, I DID NOT go through with the procedure with Dr. Shahine. I just need to explain why. First visit: I arrived for my consult at 6pm. The office was PACKED with women who were in jogging pants, walking around in socks, hair nets, etc. It was as if they had slept there all night. The receptionists in front, forgive me, but in such an environment should be more professional. They spoke to me and other patients as if were we friends from school, childish. After waiting what seemed like an eternity one of the receptionist pulls me into an office where she, yes she, a girl with no medical license, proceeded to evaluate me. After she was done telling me what I needed done, not asking what I wanted done, she gave me a price quote. She proceeded to say «if you want to do your arms, well only charge you another $ 2,000» I never mentioned having my arms done. I left the office without ever meeting the doctor himself. Second visit: I decided to go back to see if maybe my first time around was just super busy. When I called they told me yes I would be able to meet with the doctor. So again, at 6pm I headed over. I walked in and found some more woman piled all together in this small waiting area. After about an hour Dr. Shahine finally met me. He gave me his advice, told me I would look beautiful and showed me a pic of someone who had the same frame as I did and what she ultimately looked like. After meeting with him and being desperate for that perfect body, I left my deposit and scheduled my procedure which was a month away. I was given all the procedures to prep for the surgery which seemed a bit weird especially the part where it said to place maxi pads, yes maxi pads on the incision sites to stop the drainage after surgery. Again, outta desperation I paid no mind to this. I was sold on that pic he showed me. Blood work: I was instructed to come in a week prior to my surgery to have blood work taken so I did just that. I went first thing in the morning. 9am to be exact and when I walked in, the lights were off and about 12 woman were sleeping. Clearly they had been there all night. This is where my hesitation started to kick in. The receptionist finally arrived but told me the nurse wasnt available until Wednesday which was two days away. Angrily I left but told her I would return then. Back on Wednesday: went on my lunch break to get the blood work done. Again, walked into a room JAM PACKED, this time worse than ever. I was told by the receptionist that the nurse was busy but would be about 15 minutes. So while I sat there waiting the stories I heard in the waiting area were insane. Some of these girls had actually been there for two days around the clock waiting for their turn. Some were hostile and angry and one girl was even told to leave. That she would be called when the doctor was ready to see her which could even be at 2am. 2am??? After 45 minutes I told the girl at the desk I had to leave because my time was over. She goes to inquire only to tell me sorry the nurse doesnt have time right now can you come back later. At this point, I had had enough. I decided at that moment this place wasnt a safe medical facility. Upon leaving I encountered a woman outside. She has done her procedure with Dr. Shahine but had returned because she had fluid pockets in her stomach. She proceeded to tell me how excruciating painful her procedure was and that it was NOTHING like the videos he posts on youtube. She also made another good point. If you notice his before and after pics, the afters are always taken on the surgical bed right after surgery. Because of the swelling of course your stomach to ass ratio is going to look great. I never really thought of that before. Research: Now I probably should have done my research prior to meeting and scheduling my appt but I was new to this so it didnt dawn on me. However, after my last visit I decided to look him up. He is NOT, I repeat, NOT certified with the American Board of Plastic surgery. If you dont believe me look it up. He may have attended seminars and conferences but that’s about it. He is a former OB/​GYN now plastic surgeon. While that transition is fine, its questionable as to why he doesnt become certified. Upon further research i found that those woman appearing in his youtube clips were either paid or had services provided for free. Final statement: Dr. Shahine may do good work but his practice is run inappropriate for a medical facility. Dont believe me, go for a consult and see for yourself. I cancelled my procedure the day after my last visit. One last final statement: To show you how poorly his office is run for two weeks after I cancelled my procedure I kept receiving calls to reschedule. They never had me cancelled and whats scarier is they were going to perform this w/​o getting medical clearance about me like my blood work. I even rec’d a call from some woman on her cell phone to come in at 8pm that night. UGH! Good luck!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. I had a consultation with Auda in April 2014(he doesn’t do the consults). I noticed several women in the small waiting area. This office is very unorganized, phones ringing, staff walking back and forth. I could not tell staff from the patients. The girls that work there wear street clothes. I stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes before someone helped me. I was given a 1200 am appointment for consult and showed up at 1150 am. I was called in around 1 pm. I was told by Auda to pull down my pants so she could exam me. I am 5’5, 157 lbs, a good candidate for BBL. Not too much fat. She stated a quote of 8,300 for lipo to back, stomach and sides if cash payment, 9,500 for care credit. I thanked her for her time and left. I did not want to pay that much. As soon as I stepped out the door to the elevator my cell rings it is Audi. Please come back the doctor will do for lower. I go back inside Auda tries to convince me. Just then Dr. Shahine walks in. He looks at me and says «I give you beautiful curves» so I explain I do not want to pay that much. He tells me to pull down my pants and exams me. He says you don’t have much fat on back I only need to do lower back you pay 7,500. I realized then it is important for the Dr to do consult because he is the one doing the surgery. I would have paid to do my whole back unnecessarily. To secure the next available date of May 27, 2014 I paid a deposit of 500. I was told to come a week before surgery for blood work and to pay the balance due. As I leave I hear a woman waiting say the bathroom is out of order they have to go to another floor. I had a bad feeling. As I do more research I see that Dr. Shahine doesn’t respect the patients time. I have called several time to inquire about what raja to order and to get other information, The girls (and I do mean girls) he has answering the phones are clueless. I became very skeptical. On May 22 I go in for blood work. I see several women waiting. One woman tells me she was scheduled for surgery on Tuesday they didn’t call her until Friday. She tell me the dr has been sick twice so he is really backed up. I find out the day of your surgery you wait until they call you. May 27^th comes so I call to inquire I was told «oh he will call you when he is ready». May 28^th no call. I call they say «oh he is a little behind he will call». May 29^th no call. I call they say what is your name I tell them they say I will give him your name. It is now May 31 no one has called. I have taken 12 days off from work to do this procedure and nothing. If they knew he was behind why not let people know so they can plan accordingly. THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE PATIENTS TIME! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY THEN THEY FORGET ABOUT YOU!

I went to Dr. Shashine after viewing his YouTube video. I was searching for a plastic surgeon who performed Brazilian Butt Lifts in NYC for 2 years. I was considering going to in Atlanta for surgery. I’m so glad I did not. Dr Shahine is such a nice, honest, understanding gentlemen. The first day I met him I could tell he was honest. He looked at me and said I would have great results and he never lied! He is the only doctor in the office that perform surgery. So it does take a long time to get an appointment and for the surgery to actually happen. I work in the medical field so I understand some surgeries can take longer than expected. But it is so worth the wait. The recovery time is about 2 months and the after care is extensive but once again the results speak for themselves. I had a lot of questions & concerns after my surgery. No problem!!! I could go into the office to see the doctor at my leisure free of charge. I just had to wait my turn. If I went to Atlanta I would not of had that service. I am so pleased with my butt and I’m only 2 months out of surgery. The doctor said it will get even better within the next 3 to 6 months. My stomach & back is nice, tight & flat. My butt is very big, round & juicy. My butt is so nice that girls in my family & my husband can’t stop touching it. Its one of those booty’s people just have to look it & touch. My confidence is through the roof. Thank you Dr. Shahine, Nadia & staff…

I couldn’t wait to write a review and let everyone know what how wonderful Dr. Shahine is. I had the Brazilian buttocks lift procedure performed on October 7, 2013. He removed fat from my stomach, waist and then transplanted the fat into my buttocks. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. Once inside the surgical room which was warm and inviting Dr. Shahine put me immediately at ease. I was completely numb and comfortable when he began the liposuction. It was painless. He always asked me how I was feeling.
Of course there is mild discomfort but that’s expected.
I was given my medications and instructions.
My waistline is incredibly small and sexy. My buttocks are shapely, round and perky!
I couldn’t be happier!
I highly recommend Dr. Shahine as a cosmetic surgeon who is also an artist. His kindness, compassion and incredible surgical skills puts him in a class by himself. He has over 20 years of experience and triple board certified.

Is he kind? Yes! Is he courteous? Yes! But those qualities do NOT make you a good doctor! A good doctor knows how to tell time, knows how to remember his patients names and knows what he’s talking about! Dr. Shahine is the TOTAL opposite!
Let me give you a brief summary of my experience. I found this doctor on YouTube. Being that I was impressed with the before and after photos, I made an appointment. My first consultation visit, I met with Marley. A woman who basically knows what to charge you depending on your «status»! She literally looked at me up and down, evaluated my body and threw me a price which was $ 7,900. I was going to go through with it, but the second time I went for my blood work, another consultant offered me $ 6,500. At that price I was ready to go :)
The day of my procedure I was scheduled for 9PM! Yes, 9PM because the doctor works nights and is NOT a Day person. So the day of, I went with my parents and my boyfriend. We waited a little over 3 hours. I then went up to the receptionist and asked her how much longer the wait will be. She told me that there were 3 people before me so I should go home, have a nice meal take a nap and she will call me when the doctor would become available. At 4 o’clock in the morning, I was called to go back into the office. When I arrived, I waited almost another 2 hours. When I was finally on the bed, I was absolutely freezing. He filled me up with anesthesia so fast! Almost 50 stabs all over my stomach! He kept turning my body roughly, telling me what to do and what to lift. I felt like a Turkey!!! Not only are you filled with all this fluid and you feel like a balloon, you’re also being told what to do and move around like if it’s NOT uncomfortable??? Uuuuuuurgh!!!
Oh and because of the fact I ate something before the procedure, (even though they instructed me that was fine) I threw up 3 times after! Soooooo painful!!!
1 week later was my post opp. Again, Dr. Shahine didn’t show until 10 something PM! And this was on a Thursday evening! I finally saw him close to midnight. During our little meeting, he was literally shopping for furniture!!! Yes! He was on
looking for white chairs! So he briefly looked at my body, took a couple of pics of my ass in front of my husband (which made me feel uncomfortable especially when I don’t know where those pics are going) and complimented me on how well I was healing. He then turned back to his computer and continued to be distracted. As he’s clicking away, I’m trying to ask him questions about possibly getting my arms done. He answers my questions with simple Yes’s and No’s as he continued searching the site. Meanwhile there are like 5 people in the waiting room waiting to see him. So that night we agreed on a great price (which he wanted in cash) for getting my arms done and I was again excited to finally have my body proportioned :)
The day of my 2^nd procedure I was called into the office on a Saturday at 1pm and didn’t have my procedure until 7pm. Before my procedure the doctor and I actually got into a bit of a disagreement. I reminded him about that small area in front of my arm pit where I wanted a bit of lipo done as well. He responded by saying he never agreed to doing lipo in that area especially for the price he gave me. I was livid! I then reminded him that when I initially asked about my arms, I specifically asked to get that area removed as well and he agreeeed! But suddenly he doesn’t remember!!!
Long story short, he went on to do the procedure and it was even more painful than the first! He kept lifting, turning and twisting my arms like if I was a doll. That 1 hour felt like 5! I was soooooo glad it was over when it was!
A week later I was suppose to go for yet another post-​opp. I received a text from one of his employees saying he wasn’t going to be in the office until midnight or so. So they wanted to reschedule me for Friday. That’s all I got… Friday! No specific time, NOTHING. So I decided to NEVER EVER go back there again!!!
I had recommended this doctor to about 5 of my close friends and family. 3 of them went for a consultation, but after my experience, they have ALL decided to go to other more reputable-​professional surgeons. I told them it is worth to pay MORE money for better service!
ALL Dr. Shahine is interested in is MONEY! All he wants is to get you in the office so that you can be his «Walking Bulletin»! Yup, tell EVERYONE you know what you did! Fill his office with people who are willing to spend 12 hours in a waiting room! It’s EMBARRASSING! The whole office is a disgrace!!! NO ONE is professional! Even the young ladies that work there do not speak clearly, do not seem to care about their appearances and have NO sense of efficiency! I’m surprised he still obtains a license!!!
