Established in 1974 We at Benjamin Catering are committed professionals. with more than 38 years in business, we have the experience needed to guarantee success at your event.

Chef Martin Markovitz graduated the Culinary Institute of America in 1978 and he brings a long history of experiences to his menu writing. His first positions were in exclusively French restaurants where he learned classic techniques on the highest level. Later, he traveled to France and Italy, tasting and studying the traditions and ingredients of Europe’s two greatest cuisines. He spends a month every year traveling and learning new techniques and refining old ones. He is now fluent in Middle Eastern, South American, Asian, Barbecue, French and Italian cuisines.

Benjamin Catering is comprised of three restaurants: Mumbles, East of Eighth and Benjamin Restaurant at 33^rd street and Second Avenue. Our locations in different neighborhoods, insures quick and on time delivery of catered foods to almost any part of
