Beyond Vape

There are many vape shops in the city but this location is by FAR the best I’ve been to in manhattan (and I’ve been to a lot!) Their customer service is amazing, the staff know a ton about the products and they have a mind blowing selection. The vibe is very chill and relaxed, you feel no pressure at all and actually very tempted to stay and hang out a bit. It may be a bit of a walk for some but it is well worth it. I will forever be going to this shop now.

Love this place. I first stopped by in December, smelling like an ashtray looking for a change. They were so helpful with guiding through this new vape world and setting me up with a pen and some flavors. I now have over 20 flavors and I can’t go a whole week without stopping by to check out what’s new and say hi to the team. Mike, AJ and Jocko were all instrumental in my quitting cigarettes and I will forever be grateful for them. They are all so knowledgeable and do not hesitate to look into the strange things I ask that they may not know. I am THE difficult customer and I gotta say, they are the bomb, keep it transparent and super multitaskers. #vapingsavedmylife #beyondvape #bombsauce

I am visiting NY for a week and wow I’m so glad my prayers were answered when I found this place! I was helped by Liz who gave me a new build with the ohm level that I desired! She was very personable and positive! We had a great conversation while she also talked about the different juices they offered as I wasn’t accustomed to their flavors since I’m from California. The store is also very chill and well kept. Keep it going guys!

I had a bad experience here, but the owner Lee reached out to me and sincerely apologized, which I really appreciated. It’s great that they’re willing to work on correcting something that may have gone wrong in the store, and it’s always nice to see accountability :)

Customer service deserves 5 stars. Their products however leave a lot to be desired. With a no return/​exchanges policy you would think you’d be investing in a high quality product. I’ve had my $ 200 investment for a month. Recently I’ve noticed there’s A LOT of leakage– I know what you’re all going to say/​I’m either overfilling or laying my tank on its side. Neither is true, I’ve also noticed the fluids are turning a rather disgusting color once I start using my Vape. If you’re in the market for a new Vape do your research. These guys are amazing sales men… on the pricier side of things and they’re products aren’t worth it. Now on the market for a new everything.

First time in the spot and I tell you the min you walk in your comfortable the have hot coffee, cold water, the staff are great people feels like family I tested so much today and brought a lot this will be one place I will always come to be honest 10stars

Love this I go to union square a lot and I’m glad to see a good vape shop. The staff is all really cool and let you just chill there. I like the décor too it’s like being in a bar lol. They have good prices too for NYC. Been in there a few times and never disappoint

I had gone to 4 places before this one trying to find the Juul ecig and couldn’t find it anywhere. I passed this place on the street and thought I would look inside — they seemed professional and large from the outside.
First, there is a lounge area where you can have tea, coffee and relax on cozy chairs. Nice hangout spot.
Then there is a vape bar. The employees are kind of like bar tenders there — totally friendly and really know their stock. They are open to you sampling a bunch and also help with a lot of complicated repairs. They are very friendly, the staff, and I got the sense that the customers actually enjoy hanging with the staff while there.
Their prices are totally reasonable and comparable with other locations. They have a rewards program on some products as well. Don’t forget the Unilocal deal here too.
Great ambiance (which I surprisingly enjoyed, given that I wasn’t seeking this in a smoke shop), awesome staff, repair help, samples, coffee /​tea, good prices and great stock. Very impressed. I’ll go out of my way to come here in the future.

Just a heads up, you cannot return juice, that’s a no brainer. Second, if you have a problem with Ruby, you obviously are new to vaping or this location. It gets no better than 14^th St — friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and very clear on what they sell. Ruby has been out standing every single time I have come in, and observing her customer service skills she has potential to move far in the industry. You lost 10 –20 bucks? Educate your self kiddo. Don’t bash on my store or crew
