Black and White ruined a pair of my pants by doing a hasty job and were rude to me (and blamed my wife) in the process. I also agree that prices are random and generally high.
I will take my business elsewhere.

Do not trust them. The do not tell the truth about the harmful chemicals they use. They also like to change the prices day to day on the same articles of clothing.

A wonderful neighborhood dry-​cleaner. We have been using Black & White Cleaners for over 5 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are courteous and prompt. Pricing is a little on the high side, but worth it.

I just happened to stop into Black & White Cleaners since I was in the neighborhood and needed to get two buttons re-​sewn on my coat. They were able to do the job while I waited. I asked them to fix the other buttons which I had sewn myself, but they told me that I had done a good job and the buttons didn’t need to be redone. A simple repair and compliments on my sewing skills, all for 3 bucks and under 5 minutes!
