History

Established in 2009.

Blank Slate Events evolved from an event planning company to a planning, styling & floral design firm. Two creative individuals with backgrounds in hospitality, planning and floral design honed their skills to offer high quality and high value based products and unique creative services.

Meet the Business Owner

Anissa B.

Business Owner

Anissa Burnett is the principal owner and event planner for Blank Slate Events. With more than fifteen years experience in all aspects of event planning and design, she brings a natural calm and supreme organization to her events.

With a degree in Culinary Arts, a background in the hospitality industry, as well as floral design experience, Anissa has continued to develop her creative skills throughout the years. She continuously brings fresh concepts and designs to every celebration she orchestrates.

Throughout her career she has organized events for fashion houses and designers such as Burberry, Charlotte Ronson, and Yeohlee Teng. She played an integral process in the opening event for Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in New York City, and has had the honor of organizing a personal luncheon for Nicolas Sarkozy, former President of France.
