Horrible service I asked this man how long the pizza was out for because I don’t want to eat pizza which was left out for hours. He aggressively answers me «2 days». He started giving me attitude and said if you don’t want it get it out. I obviously left because who wants to eat from this type of restaurant. I’ve tried them before and they weren’t too good I wouldn’t recommend this place!

Went here after the Macys Thanksgiving parade. I had the thin crust with fresh mozz and tomato sauce it was very good. my daughter had the thick crust with chicken on it, she enjoyed very much. They only sell slices here fyi, but there is a good variety to choose from. They serve beer which is a plus — bottle only, no bathroom which is not a plus. The seating area is tiny but the pizza makes up for it. Convenient to Grand Central

I would prefer this one over the one on W 42nd street.

Got some cheap NY style pizza at this chain location. My cheese slice was pretty burnt on the bottom, but maybe that’s typical. The cheese was also burnt, so it wasn’t a great slice. Next to no décor. Decent amount of seating.

I enjoyed Bravo. I got the pizza with the most veggies on it: Broccoli, onions and olives. The toppings were great, the sauce was better, but the crust left something to be desired. It was a little soggy on the bottom and I like it thin and crisp when I’m in NY. Atmosphere was nice though. More places to sit that some of the other places we visited in Manhattan.

Always a line but it moves quickly. There is a min $ 8 credit card purchase. A plain slice is around $ 3 including tax. It’s decent slice — a step above $ 1 slices and deli pizza(most of them). They have some promotions but mostly for big orders. Unlike their Flatiron location, you don’t get a free foundation drink when you purchase two slices. Also, some of workers were rude. One of them walked into me when I ordered and pretended not to see me…

Quick slice, quality is ok… staff is rude. If you don’t like your job find another one. Lots of pizza joints all over the city. Place is small more for take out than a sit down although they have a couple of tables if you’re lucky to snag one like we did. Location is between Bryant Park and Grand Central.

I love the pineapple and bacon pizza here. The crust is deep dish thick and they are not stingy with the toppings. The service is quick as they offer specialty slices. It is usually crowded so you may have to order your pizza to go.

The garlic knots were pretty good but the pizza wasn’t cooked. It looked like they forgot it was a pepperoni pizza order and they decided to toss them on after the pizza came out the oven. I had to put everything in the stove when it got here :/even after recooking it it was completely gross. Tastes like really bad frozen pizza.

The crust of the pizza is too thick! There thin crust ones are tucked near the window and was quite visible. The mushroom olive topping was great but the bacon pepperoni is too heavy without enough taste.

Stopped in for a snack and got a slice of the bacon pizza. It was super cheesy and there was plenty of bacon. Crust was good, but just a tad on the bland side. Overall, solid piece of pizza!

Ordered takeout from Bravo with a bunch of coworkers. We got a peppers and onions pie, along with pepperoni and plain. It arrived hot and fully intact, and I was impressed by the quality! This is a great place to go for a slice of pizza. I especially liked the peppers and onions pizza!

Terrible customer service!!! Id give them no stars if I could. I asked for pasta with no cheese and garlic knots on the side. The person taking the order didnt listen to anything I was saying and made the pasta with cheese anyway stating«No Cheese!» when I clearly saw him put ricotta cheese in there. When I confronted the cashier and person about it she said, «I dont need to hear whats wrong with it!» and he chamged my order. This is teribble service and shows that they dont care about your Allergies or well being. That is the reason I will never EVER go to this location again!!! If your looking for a good bravos with people who actually care about you and their lives, go the 14 st location at union square. Go on the weekends, early would be best. The guy there does his best and I’ll never stop tipping him everytime I go. :)

I’m tired of your 42st and 5th avenue location giving us a hassle because we are located on 34th and 6th ave. Your website clearly states we are within delivery radius. Last night we placed an order and was told by one of your employees that they only deliver to 34th for orders $ 100 or more. I called back after seeing on your website that we are within your delivery radius only to have that same employee tell me «WHATEVER» when I corrected her regarding delivering to 34th street. We love your pizza so much that we placed another order today for lunch. Now we have waited more than an HOUR for our delivery just because it isn’t a large enough order. I just called and was told that after an hour they will start making our order. I find that ridiculous! If its such a hassle to deliver to 34th street then change your delivery radius. And/or re-train your employees to be a little more catering. We are a big company and order from your establishments quite often. Its a shame that we no longer want to deal with this mess. Sincerely, Andily Peralta

One of the best slices of pizza I’ve ever eaten my entire life. I get the margarita pizza. However, theses people get skimp on the basil. Put barely a drop of basil or none at all. Which why I didn’t give 5 stars.

After a long day trekking through the city, all we wanted was a slice or two before we headed home. Luckily, we stumbled upon Bravo Pizza. We ordered four slices– veggie, bacon, buffalo chicken, and pepperoni. The guys behind the counter were so friendly as they readied our slices for the oven and rang us out. The restaurant was also surprisingly clean for a tiny, railroad style set up with tons of traffic. I loved my veggie slice! The crest was crispy and the topping and cheese ratio was just right. My date thoroughly enjoyed his pepperoni and buffalo chicken slices. He was slightly disappointed in the bacon slice, as it had too much bacon, rendering it overly salty, and resulting in a bad after-taste. Overall, a great pizza experience that left our bellies full and happy for our ride home!

I don’t know why it has one $ here on Unilocal. it was 5 dollars for an OK slice. I was just walking by and wanted a slice on the way to the train. go somewhere else if it is at all convenient.

Excellent pizza here, and one of the best tasting garlic knots that I have had in this area. Deliver is quick and they handle it well, pizza arrives nice and hot and not soggy like some places just toss it into the box. The Sicilian slice is huge and very good and cheesy its a shame there is only so many corner ones as its my favorite. Regular pizza is excellent also, its my favorite pizza place in the midtown area, not too oily and the crust nice perfect. Prices are also great considering its location in the heart of midtown. They also don’t skimp on the toppings, the sausage one was loaded, normally you have to dig to find sausage hidden inside the cheese as some pizza joints in the area. Very happy with this place, go and try for yourself!

1 hour delivery time for 3 blocks away and $ 10 for microwave pizza… Simply No Bueno. On top of it they sent out an old obese disabled woman to do the delivery… Isn’t this against the law and hazardous working conditions??? Good god almighty someone needs to strike a lightning bolt down upon this heinous place…
