We signed up our 19 month old daughter at this location for full time care 2 days a week. We brought her in 3 times and every time she came home un-​fed. We will not be bringing her in anymore. She is very well accustomed to being at daycare and has, in fact, attended another bright horizons facility since she was 3 months old (we never had a problem and love the other center)
This is inexcusable, irresponsible behavior which I will certainly not accept or endorse. Spare yourself the grief and take your child elsewhere. No wonder there are hardly any children at this location.
