i am giving this car service 1 star because i have to. this car service is HORRIBLE! 1st: they keep u on hold 4ever! then they assure you they are sending the car, no one shows & when you call them back they either tell you that they didnt send anyone because you hung up or the driver already picked up his passenger. and to add insult to injury, the driver they sent slipped me a fake $ 10 bill! do NOT use the company, avoid the headaches!

I used these guys today, and they were friendly, courteous, and absolutely punctual. Price was quite reasonable – $ 30 for driving from Inwood to Washington Square Park. My driver did not speak English at all, so be aware that you will probably need to speak some Spanish in order to communicate. (It definitely helped to say «derecho» instead of right, for example.) But that’s a minor point, and part of living in the city. It was the first and only time I used their car service, so take it with a grain of salt, but I would definitely use them again.
