The Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp in New York City is a challenging one-hour class that will take you across the one-mile long Brooklyn Bridge and back. During intermittent stops every 3 – 5 minutes we perform only the most effective moves that bring about a lean, strong and defined body.
We utilize exercises using your own body weight, the bridge structures, benches, and a special type of resistance bands that bring about amazing results for your trouble zones. Your heart rate will be elevated at all times and you’ll feel challenged like never before. The best part? You’re part of a fun group that shares your goals.
At Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp you can: burn up to 800 calories per hour, have a changed body in 5 sessions, tone your arms and abs, slenderize your hips and thighs, and lift your butt! We offer two different programs: outdoor classes on the Brooklyn Bridge, and Central Park classes which start in Columbus circle and go around the park.

Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp has been kicking butts since 2008. It was created from the desire to workout along the Brooklyn Bridge. This combines the luxury of being outside with a beautiful view and being able to measure where you are in a workout according to your location. With a few years of success, we look forward to many more.

Ariane Hundt is a New York City-based dynamic Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a refreshingly interactive and comprehensive approach in helping her clients achieve the physical self they desire. She has been featured on NBC, Fox 5 News, ABC News, CW11, the British GMTV Morning News, various German TV stations and magazines, in The New York Times, and Women’s Health as the creator of NYC’s toughest workout, the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp.

Ariane’s fitness philosophy is simple: A fit and lean body is the result of a healthy lifestyle that consists of balanced nutrition, effective exercise, and a positive sense of self. Rather than promoting temporary dieting, Ariane believes in incorporating simple, yet effective, lifestyle changes that bring about dramatic results.
