Do not order delivery from here! !!! Food is more than an hour late. Whom ever they have answering the phone… A. needs to learn the basics of customer service. B. Needs to learn how to speak and understand English especially if they are a manager and C. Needs to be replaced. Whom ever owns this location and the one on NEWYORKAVE should fire their front of house staff and management. This won’t ever reach the respect of a great burger place like shake shack or even bareburger. be cause their delivery and professionalism Sucks!!!

I ordered wings and sweet potatoe fries. Horrible wings, extremely burnt and the customer service was horrible. The two girls that work there are extremely unapproachable with stink rolling of the eyes looks, when it seemed like they didnt get a customer all day. My wings were OLD and refried to a hard burnt consistency. I dont understand whats all the attitiude about with them when there was pretty much nothing for them to do, so at least my wings should have came out perfect. Don’t go here its WACK and HOrrible. Go to buffalo Wild WIngs on Atlantic.

OK, I do get lazy and don’t walk across Eastern to get lunch very often so it took me a while to try this place out. But I will go the additional 50 yards now because Burger UrWay makes delicious juicy burgers with a huge list of available toppings at prices that are similar to what you’ll spend at the McD’s or the Popeye’s right there but this is actual food that is made from real ingredients. The sweet potato fries had a delicious sweet-spicy seasoning. Beware the kick in the jerk sauce; it’s Dominican and local and serious.

I had been hoping that a decent burger joint opened in my area for a couple of years now and my hopes have finally been realized. Burger UrWay opened a new restaurant on Utica avenue a few days ago and today I decided to give it a try after doing my morning grocery shopping. The place was clean and still had the new store glean and smell to it. The counter guy was pleasant enough and quickly aided in preparing my steak burger with cheese combo. The food was very good, the Angus beef patty was seasoned and cooked very well. I had the works put on it which included fried onions, tomato, lettuce, mayo and ketchup on a very fresh roll. You can have mushrooms too but I passed. The fries still had a bit of skin on them which I really like but could have been left in the fryer for another 30 to 40 seconds. I like my fries golden and somewhat crispy. Though these fries tasted good they fell a little flat. The combination of the not being cooked long enough and the container they were placed lacking ventilation for the steam the fries were a bit limp when I got home. Next time I’ll take out my trusty Swiss army knife and poke a few holes in the container before leaving the restaurant. The only negative about the store itself was the lack of the milkshake machine. I was really hoping to taste their Half n’ Half shake but hopefully when I comeback in a week or two for the beer battered tilapia sandwich the milkshake machine will be up and running. If you want a tasty freshly made burger or maybe some wings or a nice fish sandwich you have to check out Burger UrWay on Utica avenue. And do it soon because when the word gets out this place is going to be packed. I was able to get a WiFi connection also if that stuff is important to you.
