I’ve been working out with Carlos for about 3 months, and he’s simply the best trainer I’ve ever had. He knows I can do more than I think I can, and he won’t let me stop until I’ve done it. I love that he’s mobile and flexible, so we can work out anywhere. I am a certified personal trainer myself, and Carlos is my recommended personal trainer.

I’ve been training with Carlos for some time now. It’s really fun and I see the improvement. He’s flexible with his hours and will come to wherever you are. I live across from a park in Brooklyn and we meet there some mornings before I go to work. He’s really good at customizing your workout to fit what you’re looking for too. I would definitely recommend giving him a try!

I’ve known Carlos for a few years now, had a couple training sessions with him. He definitely knows what he’s doing, is very good at pushing you further than you thought you could go. Wonderful guy too, he’s not rude at all, just an excellent motivator. His schedule is pretty flexible, we’ve worked out on Roosevelt Island and in Brooklyn, he’s able to get pretty much anywhere, with some planning.
