History

Established in 2011.

Cedric was opened in August 2011 by Cedric Lecendre as an innovative restaurant combining the unique taste of French and Mediterranean cuisine with the local flavor of a New York. As a New York resident for nearly twenty years Cedric has long-time restaurant experience, having managed his renowned family restaurant, Bilbouquet on Madison Avenue, for 6 years. With a true love and appreciation of the Harlem community, Cedric’s vision of a relaxing, fun, and completely immerse uptown dining experience has finally come alive.

With this trans-Atlantic blend fused with local roots, Cedric offers the neighborhood a new and exquisite bistro with an extensive array of authentic French dishes and cocktails.
