Worst experience ever. If you want to fix a cracked screen, then maybe, and just maybe they are for you. That’s all they seem to know how to do. But if anything else is wrong with your phone, do not leave it with these imbeciles. I dropped off my phone at 10:30am in which they told me the phone would be ready by 6pm. I told them what was wrong and they kept insisting it was something else. Come 6pm, I show up looking to pick up my phone and the moron tells me he didn’t start working on it yet. He then looks at my phone for about 15 minutes then tells me he doesn’t know what’s wrong with it and that there was nothing he can do. He then tells me he checked my IEMI number and that I had an outstanding balance due on my phone. Really!?! I’m a man of God and decided to grab my phone from his worthless hands as fast as I could and walk out before I do something I’d regret later. He almost brought the devil out of me. I’ve never been that frustrated with a company ever. Since I wasted an entire day with these morons, I couldn’t do much anywhere else. I took my phone somewhere else in the morning and within a half an hour I was out and about with a working phone. I will never give these guys business again, even if it meant watching their kids starve. Okay, (wipes sweat off forehead) back to being a nice guy.

I have two reviews really. First experience was good with my iPhone 5. Fixed quickly and felt like a solid repair… so far. Though in light of my second review, I am not concerned.
Second experience, MUCH WORSE, for my iPad mini. I had a little concern about the bigger repair than the iPhone, but since they did a good job on that it felt worth the risk. HOWEVER, they sent it out of the shop. When it came back, the home button did not operate correctly. To their credit, they fixed it for free. But I was discouraged it wasn’t right the first time. About a week or so after that, and after having housed it in a case religiously, it cracked after pressing the «repaired» home button. The crack was about 3 inches long from the button to the side of the iPad. When I brought it back, the person who had been very helpful in the past told me that I did the damage and that he would run it past «the owner.» I explained what happen and that I hadn’t damaged it myself, and he said he understood and believed me.
Now, keep in mind, I have already been in there twice because of my own fault and paid them for their business. This time, within a few weeks of the repair, I was back honestly to ask for the repair to be corrected, as it never worked right after they «fixed» it. When I went back the second time, and after the «owner» did NOT call me back, the person there said that they would not fix it nor offer a discount. He gave an analogy of fixing a car then hitting a post right after you leave the garage and should they have to pay for that repair again? Hmmmm. I’m pretty sure I did not hit a post with my iPad. I had been in there honestly for repairs a couple times and they just refused flat out to work with me and fix their faulty work. Maddeningly disappointing. He eventually just turned his back and waited for me to leave, saying he couldn’t do anything because it was the «owners» decision.
I just don’t buy that. First of all, I’m fairly sure he is the owner. Second of all, even if he is not, he is at least the manager, and should be working with the customer. I was obviously not scamming them. I would have even been willing to pay like $ 50 to fix it again, EVEN THOUGH that still would have been unfair. But I was ready to compromise. They were not, and did not stand by their faulty work.
I am not one to sit and scream in a store, though I certainly wanted to.
In summary, I guess if you want your older iPhone repaired, I can’t discourage you from this place, though their customer service I cannot stand behind. BUT if you are remotely considering your iPad to be repaired, DO NOT GO HERE. Don’t be fooled by the «fair price» they are charging. In the end, I would have been better off going back to Apple and their high price for repair, as at least they would stand by the repair. Now I have a cracked iPad that neither the shop that fixed it NOR Apple will be able to repair. This place is a good deal only if BY CHANCE, your cheap repair does not crack again. Otherwise, get it done at APPLE. Sorry.

I thought there was no hope left for my iPhone 5.
The screen was completely shattered with the insides showing, but within the hour, it looked brand new! I paid the quoted amount happily.
No problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend stopping here first before getting it serviced and overpaying anywhere else.

I went there last Friday to fix my Asus laptop. Honestly, I thought the laptop was a goner. But they somehow did it — and it’s faster than ever before (when I brought it in, my ASUS didn’t even turn on!).
The timing was amazing too. Got it back today (Tuesday), barely a weekend after I left it there.
They have my business.

They can fix almost anything. Prices are reasonable. While my phone was out of commission, they loaned me a spare phone, very nice. It’s a local small business, «mom n pop» kinda thing.

Had a broken iPhone screen repaired for $ 95. Must have been a low quality replacement part, a couple of weeks later the screen cracked in my pocket! Although they had originally said they had a return policy in place, it «didn’t apply to cracks». Would have to pay $ 80 for another screen. Go someplace else.

I brought in my ipod in to have the glass repaired. They told me to come back the next day to pick it up, which I did, but it wasn’t ready. Okay, no big deal. They had it the day after. But then, they sold me a bad pair of headphones (earbuds). One side didn’t work. That’s the way they sold them to me, foolishly I didn’t test them in the store. I tried to return them but they wouldn’t take them back because I came back on the 8^th day and their policy is 7. Seems as if policy at this place is enforced when it comes to returns but not repairs. I would recommend staying away from these guys, I don’t think they can be trusted. They were rude too.
