I have been a Chase loyal customer since moving to NYC. Pretty happy with overall service, friendliness and assistance when needed. Today I walked in asking if I could leave some coins for them to put in the coin counter and add to my account. I was told they don’t have the coin counting machine and I would have to roll my coins and bring them back. It is 2015. Really? I am now walking across the street to the TD Bank to open an account as they take loose coins and count for free for their customers. Wow. I am amazed. People still roll coins?! Shame on you Chase.

Upgraded our account here and the service was thorough and unrushed. Our banker was very personal and did try to sell us all the perks. I was thankful that he did take no for an answer and was available on future questions and contacts. He also ordered checks the following day without us having to go through the paperwork in order for us to take advantage of free services. He contacted me the following day to confirm the check order and also recommend us to stop by sooner than later to take advantage of other free banking services.
We also opened a security deposit account and the service had a lot of charm. Actually made me feel like a hometown banking experience since I am not a fan of the big banks!

Chase is like Starbucks: There’s a Chase bank every 5 blocks in Manhattan. They’re easily accessible to pop in, make a deposit, withdrawal whatever. This particular location is not too shabby. They are always pleasant straight to the point no hassles any time I walk into this branch. They are not overbearing with their customer service and they don’t ignore you when you walk in.
