History
Established in 2014.
In February 2013, Chez Jacob Restaurant, at 2479 Frederick Douglas Boulevard, became the first Senegalese — French restaurant established within Harlem’s West 130’s blocks. Two months later, increasingly loyal customers continue ingratiating themselves with female chef’s Asta Ndoye ethnic cuisines, which similarly occurred at other Senegalese — French, New York City restaurants that she popularized.
