History

Established in 1998.

Lisanne Franco had seen the numerous ways in which massage and bodywork helped her over the 10 years that she had been a massage client. Having experienced both wonderful and not-​so-​wonderful massage sessions, she decided that she wanted to be one of the people doing excellent bodywork. With that, she attended the Swedish Institute and became a licensed massage therapist. She has evolved and expanded her list of services offered and continues to learn and grow as a therapist. In April 2011, Lisanne expanded her training and knowledge in Reiki. Now in addition to being an Usui Reiki Master, she is also a Karuna Reiki Master through the International Center for Reiki Training.

Lisanne Franco has been in NYC since 1981. She was born just outside of New Haven, CT and at age 10 moved to Massachusetts where she lived for the next 10 years.

Lisanne tried her hand in the acting and corporate worlds but found her true passion as a massage therapist.

Since 1998, Lisanne has been helping New Yorkers find emotional, physical, and spiritual well being, and helping them find ways to live pain free. She was licensed by the State of NY and nationally board certified in 2000.

Lisanne is Approved Provider by the NCBTMB. This means that with her Reiki classes, she is able to offer Continuing Education Hours to Licensed Massage Therapists.
