Very polite when I called for delivery. My food arrived hot and that’s about it. My Pork Fried Rice was simply slightly browned rice with onions. My shrimp egg roll was under cooked and mushy so I threw it out. Save your money and call elsewhere.

Bar-b-cue spare ribs over cooked. Crab Rangoon saturated with grease. Shrimp Lo Mein disgusting. The hotel front desk recommended this place must be getting a cut. When I ordered I was given a price for the bill but when delivered it was $ 2 more. I gave him exact change and he asked for his tip. Glad I didn’t tip the food was awful. Gave it a two stars because they deliver and it was quick.

It was hidden but it can’t be further to the truth because I did not attempt to find it. The only menu in my hotel bedroom waiting for suckers to order from this Chinese fastfood without knowing if it would make us sick or shitty. I did not feel navigating the streets of NYC for food so I ordered the unknown. The hotel location is near the highway and in the sketchy neighborhood in Queens. So we waited for the knock on the door, hoping that it would be good food and good delivery person, but it was not — rude delivery person and found out plain old bad chinese food. I really don’t know why people like chinese fastfood anyways. What can you expect? I think I will shut up because I ignored my concern but shouldn’t the hotel knows better to be nice to their guests that they should select quality business partners? They know more of the area than the guests.

Quick delivery, helpful associates, even with the language barrier, and always quality food.

I really just want to comment on the delivery driver. Food was delivered on time but the driver was rather rude when giving me the food. I gave him a $ 1.50(on a $ 11 bill) b/c he acted so rude towards me. He started arguing that he should get a better tip and muttering things in Chinese. It was a little intimidating. As far as the food, it’s so-so. You can definitely find better chinese take out around JFK.

The only good thing about this place is super fast delivery. I stay at Hilton hotel. After ordering on phone, the food arrived in 15 minutes. Food is terrible. The shrimp fried rice was so dry and bland. There was like only 4 shrimps and the rest were rice. Hot and sour soup was ok. I have had much better soup elsewhere. Not ordering from here again.

I(selfishly) always read Unilocal reviews to get the best, wherever I may be for the week while working. However, I actually generated my own account to rate this place. I travel all over the East Coast and this the worst I’ve ever experienced. Rude delivery driver, rubber chicken, and terrible rolls. If you’re at the Radisson, eat at the hotel.

Was staying at a near by hotel and was craving some Chinese. I saw the delivered and was excited after looking at their diverse menu. Fast delivery but the food was how can I say, sucked? The rice had no flavor the egg drop soup was nasty. Egg roll was dried out and the sesame chicken was all sesame, sauce and batter. No chicken. If you are looking for good Chinese try your luck somewhere else.

Food was not top notch Chinese but they were open until 1am and delivered in 15 minutes exactly! The fried rice was bland but perfect with some soy sauce which they have plenty of, the beef and broccoli had too much baking soda but everything else was exactly as I wanted, and the chow mein was FABULOUS! Overall, had a wonderful time– the small is a small Chinese takeout box, and the rice with the beef and brilliant was in a second container not added in as filler as I’ve seen some do. Plenty of sauce, plenty of food, wonderful!

I ordered from the Fairfield Inn and delivery took about 10 minutes which was nice. The delivery guy had the longest fingernails I’ve ever seen on a guy. I really hope he wasn’t anywhere near my food. It was disgusting. The food was okay. I won’t order from there again. I had General Tso’s and fried rice, which was basically white rice with raw onions in it. The chicken could have been cooked longer.

I live around the neighborhood therefore I order lunch here quite often. The food is not great but decent price for this area. Fast service and decent portions. Don’t order their fried rice cuz it’s pretty bland but they r open till 1 am for the late night crawlers.

If you are stuck at JFK airport hotel(as I was in Best Western), then this is perfect. Fast delivery, simple, clean and cheap. Seafood soup and chicken with vegetables was fresh and decent size(small portion) although a bit low on the proteins. Make sure you ask for extra hot sauce as the taste is rather blend also when asking for spicy.

Good service, but the food could be better. Me n my friends from Cali got stuck here during Hurricane Sandy so we had no other choice. They even serve French fries which I was excited about! Make sure u ask for a pamphlet menu to get all of the food items and prices.

The food was good but the service was bad. I paid before my food was done. Then when my food was ready she said pay me now real nasty. I told her I already paid and showed her my change.

I thought perhaps they knew how to make a good General Tso’s tofu/vegan dish, but no. The meat substitute is no where near meat, simply tofu puffs that have no substance. The sauce, very lackluster at best. Fast service, but do not order from them unless you are literally starving.

Quick and easy, as another reviewer said(that about sums it up). It’s a great hookup for overnight JFK stays. They are fast and efficient with delivery. Their broccoli beef and mushu-chicken were both pretty good but I’d steer clear of the orange chicken(lemon chicken is a ok though!!!). But what’s with stapling the food boxes closed(4 times each box!!). Watch out guys that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen from some disgruntled customer lol… ;)

My bf ordered Crab Rangoon, Steamed Beef Dumplings, and Sweet N Sour Chicken for us to share and boy oh boy was it good, especially the Sweet and Sour Chicken. That was the best Sweet N Sour Chicken I ever taste in my life. It was light yet filling, they didn’t skimp on the sauce and gave us a generous serving. Food was fresh not oily/greasy. Very good. My only complaint is they need to give a little more sauce for the dumplings. Delivery was fast too.

It was late and I was desperate – it gets two stars for being super prompt. They quoted 20 minutes and they were in the lobby 20 minutes later and the food was piping hot. It was quite literally the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had – which is saying a lot! Do NOT order the chicken and broccoli. Weird, reconstituted-seeming chicken floating in a sea of oil. Quite literally floating. No flavor. My mouth is coated in grease. Blergh!

I arrived at my hotel at 11pm… starving… first thing I asked at the front desk if their restaurant was open… I didn’t car about the room at that time, I only wanted some food… So, they showed me this joint, I asked is this good? They said, yes and is the only one open. So I did it. I got the house fried rice(big one) and 2 egg rolls… the flavor was ok, the price the best. So… if you arrive late at one of the JFKs hotel, that is the best(maybe the only) deal around.

Fast and cheap(just the way I like it) Food was fine… not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst. Given the area and the lack of… well…anything, this place is a good choice.
