Trying for the first time after the e coli incidents. I had to make my own guacamole as they only give you a very small portion.

The food portion they serve is very inconsistent and I received the WORST customer service from this location. Don’t even go there because you’re only going to come out disappointed. The two servers making my food were chatting with each other continuously while I stood there and waited until they finished their conversations. And when I pointed it out and expressed my disappointment, one of the servers simply said to the other, «Did he just say that?!» To Management Team — you need to evaluate your current staff and do some improvements.

No complaints with the food, but this place is very, very slow. Chipotle lines move slowly, but this one is particularly sluggish. It seems they are understaffed. I often give up and head to the GRK Kitchen a few doors up Fulton.

Went from a loyal chipotle customer to never returning. Chipotle used to be known for having the biggest burritos now its known for having the most bitch burritos. Shits probably ran by a feminist smh. 3rd time in a row I literally got 6 tiny pieces of chicken in my burrito. Less then 1 scoop… Since when do you only get one little shitty scoop. Btw I went to get a quesarito and they tell me thats its going to $ 4.50 extra. Your going to charge me 10 $ for a burrito with 6 pieces of chicken in it and then try and charge me an extra 4.50 $ to put my tortilla in the heater with cheese. Are fucking retarted chipotle, the cheese and heater already come free.

I think I came here when they were training some new people because the concept of assembly line did not apply here. I came around 5pm because I had some serious Chipotle cravings. I thought this was early for dinner, but there were still 7 people in front of me and by the time I got to order(think 15 minutes later) the line was almost at the door. This was actually worth the wait because they didn’t skimp, on anything. I’ve never had a Chipotle bowl so heavy in the city — I didn’t even need to ask them to add a little more of stuff. Best part was that the girl knew how to properly wrap the tortilla on the side! Not sure if I’d come back to this location since it took so long, but if the portions are always like this, I’d definitely be back.

I’ve always gone to this Chipotle, so regardless of quality, I’ve gotten used to it. Maybe not the best type of taste, but I love it anyway. Yesterday was my first time with a huge line that took up the whole place, so I waited perhaps half an hour for lunch, but it was totally worth it. Not only was the service good as usual, seems like the joint acquired a new, hip worker(the dude with glasses and earrings) who was doing an IMPECCABLE job at, well, his job(promote him!), so I felt the need to finally do this review. As always, I enjoyed my food with great company. I’ll never not love Chipotle, which is why I occasionally just make my own, though it’s infinitely worst than the real deal.

The Chipotle located at 101 Fulton Street gets no stars from me after telling me they’re opening at 11:30 today(instead of 11 as posted on the door) because they’re having a staff meeting. Seriously? Why does the customer have to suffer? Why can’t the staff have their meeting during off hours or have enough staff to cover the customers AND attend the meeting? Adding insult to injury, the only reason I learned of the half hour delay is because a fellow customer got tired of waiting patiently outside and began knocking on the window. After a staff member came out and informed us of the 11:30 delayed opening time today I asked where the nearest Chipotle was located and she said, «There should be one around here somewhere, use your phone.» Really???

I think I prefer the Chipotles in NJ. I ordered online and walked into Chipotle for pick up. There were quite a few people in line for online pick up. No big deal, it’s getting more popular, I can wait. With each person being rung up, the cashier is giving attitude after attitude.(I’m talking about you, 5 ft. blonde with the black crocs.) The two women in front of me hand over their phone to the cashier, and she tries to scan their order through the scan code. It doesn’t work. She tries for another few minutes — isn’t there a back up way to find the order instead of through the scan? Somehow they pay and then they are told that their order is not yet ready. So they stand in front of us waiting for their food to be brought out. Why couldn’t the cashier(politely) ask them to step aside so that others could get their orders and get rung up? I guess this part isn’t completely the cashier’s fault, because the two women could’ve stepped aside on their own. Now it’s my turn! I tell them my name, and the lady attempts to say my last name. I don’t hear her — it’s NY, it’s lunchtime and it’s loud. She repeats herself and I can’t understand what she’s saying. Then she gets annoyed, she says, «your last name!» Rolls her eyes and then points at the screen. WHAT’S WITHTHEATTITUDE?! It’s not my fault you’re having a bad day and then cannot pronounce my last name correctly, even though it’s just one syllable.(She also gives my co-worker a hard time. When asked for his name, he spelled his last name because it’s an uncommon one, and the cashier just rubs her forehead in a stressful way, and repeats her question.) After we get rung up, the attitude continues for every other person as we wait for our food. I understand it’s super busy and it can get hectic, but don’t give us attitude for your bad day. Especially if we didn’t do anything mean or bad to you. And now my food. I remember the older days when I got my tacos and burrito bowl and it would be overflowing! I’d be so full that I’d end up having to make the meal into two meals. I was always satisfied with the quality of the food, and moreso with the quantity of the food given. The last two times I’ve been to Chipotle, it’s as if they got a little more stingy. My burrito bowl can be glazed over the top of the bowl without touching any food. My bowl was ¾ full. And my food was a little watery at the bottom. It made my rice feel and taste so weird. I used to crave Chipotle regularly. but I might have to just move on to another place. Especially at these prices, I’m sure I can find better. Plus the local places appreciate their customers more.

Even snowstorm Juno couldn’t keep the after-work crowd and PACE students away from this Chipotle! I braved the elements to cash in on their 1/26-only Sofritas promo just before they closed early due to the weather. The line was long, but it moved quickly and the employees were friendly both in person and on the phone. They let you do half-and-half non-meat toppings, too. I picked up a very satisfying Sofritas Burrito Bowl($ 9.00 total) and frolicked through the snow, all the merry way home. This high-ceilinged location has plenty of seating, mainly windowfront stools and a long communal table, but also a few standalone tables. I’m pretty sure there’s a BR kind of hidden in the back, but the impending blizzard doom hurried me out the door before I could check. Update: There’s a single-stall BR in the back, but it’s like a Starbucks BR, so I didn’t even bother going in.(You need to be picky about where you park your tush in this city! :P)

I went to this chipotle today and I must say that I’d rather walk a few blocks down to go to the maiden lane location. I got my usual steak burrito bowl and it just didn’t taste as good. The employees were very nice and there was barely a line, so that was good.

This is like any other chipotle. When the sun is out, expect there to be lines, especially during lunch hours. As soon as the sun sets, there’s little to no lines, except around after-work peak hours(after people get off work/get out of the gym), but those lines are not as long as the lunch lines. Towards the end of the night they give out more guacamole; so order that guac!

One of the great mysteries of our time is why is this chain so popular? I pass here often and no matter the time of day it always has a line. A long one at that. Do people really love paying more than in most sit down places in the area for sub standard Mexican food? Do people think this is actual Mexican food? Any Taco truck will give you better more authentic and far less expensive food than this. Ate here once just to see what the fuss was and it was awful, from the over salty Burrito to the rude service. No better than Taco Bell in my opinion and at least TB doesnt pretend they are anything more than what Chipotle really is, a fast food joint.

I went to this Chipotle back in 2012 and was very disappointed. The barbacoa was fatty and thoroughly ruined my experience. I was also always put off by the stench that came from the restaurant when I’d walk past so I sort of wrote it off for a few years. However, a few weeks ago I was craving a burrito bowl and decided to give it another shot since it had been so long. I’m glad I did! I got the burrito bowl with barbacoa again and it was delicious! The barbacoa was not fatty like last time and everything tasted very fresh and good. I ended up going back the next day because I was craving it again! I’m also soo happy that they added the sofritas option. It’s very tasty. I’ve been back pretty much once a week since I first tried it again and every time has been good. It can get pretty busy in here but the line always goes quickly. They’re very efficient at getting your order done quickly and I really appreciate that.

I like this place but they are a little disorganized and they always mess up my salad. Always something is missing or something I didn’t want. Today instead of fajita I got plain bell pepper on top. The prices are pretty high and I want to get what I ordered.

I came in around 11:30 on a Monday. The chicken was dry and burnt. The peppers and onions were kind of slimy. The service was ridiculous. It took 5 full minutes to take 3 people’s orders. I usually love chipotle. This location needs to step their game up.

Much more spacious than the one by maiden lane. I definitely prefer this over that one because the line doesnt go out the door. However, it does circle around the tables which is pretty annoying for people who are sitting there and eating. Doesn’t really matter though because it’s packed during lunch time. Anyhow, the staff is pretty friendly here and obviously quick so the waits are never too bad. If you come here when they first open, you’ll be able to chat and just slow down but after 12– that’s not even an option. Anyhow, they make good margaritas, could be a little strong– it’s a hit or miss. Good thing they pride themselves with good and health-conscious food options because their sanitary grade is still pending. Anyway chipotle is still chipotle and I would still imagine a ton of people coming here anyway because it’s one of the few places people love and know they can’t go wrong with– regardless of the grade.
