Bug found in my salad bowl. Look at the photos for proof. They must not wash the lettuce properly. Gross. Not going back.

Pretty good experience at Chipolte today in Manhattan. The service was very fast and the food fresh. The chicken was a little over cooked. The restaurant was clean and the food tasty. Not the greatest portion however.

Nothing to complain about here. This location is right across from my office which makes it a very convenient lunch spot. I usually order out a half chicken half steak bowl and their service is prompt and attentive. My Order: Burrito Bowl –Half n Half –Chicken –Steak –White Rice –Black Beans –Pico –Corn –Lettuce –Cheese Sour cream on the side.

This location is poorly managed. Aside from their cold, sloppy dishes(my dish was soggy and not wrapped well) the place is generally loud — They blast their music. So don’t come here to relax, talk with friends, or have a conversation on the phone. I asked them to lower it a few times and they said they can’t. Nice customer service, right?

Great new location, fantastic portions & service as some other locations lack. The crowd at 12p is to be beaten easily & the staff don’t get frazzled by them either. Nice new interior features new Chipotle furniture including new trash bins, low tables for standing eating & lighting. Your usual great Chopotle experience.

I love chipotle. This location have me 2 very dry. Pork burritos staff could have been a little nicer to me. They need some work at this location

Nice small place the crowd picks up for lunch rush hour. Rice bowl, crunchy tacos, salad grilled chicken can’t go wrong. I’m in guacamole heaven

Chipotle as a brand is good. The food is pretty consistent and until this point the service has been as well. Today is a particularly slow day in midtown so there wasn’t a line. It did take awhile to get my food though as the staff was busy speaking with each other about going out that night. Then my order wasn’t accurate. The ingredients are always good tho, great if you get everything you order. I’ll stick with the location on 60th instead of this one.

Like Brandon, I had a very similar experience. I gave 2 stars because I have a hard time giving any restaurant the benefit of the doubt. I am a huge Chipotle fan but this location leaves a lot to be desired. I got an aluminum foil wrapped burrito, which wasn’t wrapped tightly and was actually partially open. I expressed my concern to the staff, who was too busy chatting amongst themselves, that I finally grabbed an extra piece of waxy paper and wrapped it myself! The staff is very inexperienced and it’s obvious. The store is clean and a nice, small layout, but again, very poorly run. On a Saturday in the summer, There was no one there and It moved like molasses. I asked for one thing, and got another…“a little sour cream” doesn’t mean a full spoon slab. They were all over the place. I think if anyone hires a staff with ADD… They should provide them with Adderall!

If you haven’t been to a Chipotle yet, you aren’t living. Hands down some of the best, most addicting Mexican food in the world. This location in particular gets extremely crowded during the lunch rush 12−2pm — but don’t let the line deter you! It moves rather quickly and TRUSTME, the steak tacos loaded with all toppings is worth the wait.

I love Chipotle. maybe too much. This new location is still trying to work itself out. The lines are long and the staff seem frazzled. The employees were all ordering each other around and not looking at the long line of customers. They are also often out of the protein or rice that you want! I’m not a food snob, I don’t expect five star service at Chipotle. But when I ask for a little bit of something and they pile it on, I’m left feeling quite annoyed. I asked for a little bit of sour cream and the guy added like three servings of it. Hopefully the manager here can get their staff together, Chipotle is supposed to work like a well-oiled machine, this one needs some WD-40.

Though a popular fast food mexican chain the staff I am sure is all new and still learning their way which unfortunately is reflected in the food. I leave for the burrito bowl with all of the fixins… so standard vittles that I am quite use too at this point… so the breakdown: 1. brown rice slightly under cooked; 2. Steak a little on the salty side; and 3. They always seem to be out of something that you wanted right then and there. At more seasoned locations there is a constant churn of product to accommodate what seems to be an endless lunch flow, and they have the cooking down to a science so that from location to location my burrito bowl tastes the same. I’ll give her the summer and try her again since it is convenietly located downstairs from my job.
