Meet the Business Owner
Amy — Kevin M.
Business Owner
Kevin & Amy started Ciao For Now as counter service store front in the East Village. The focus was on delicious baked goods (using some of the highest quality ingredients available) and coffee that you could grab and go.
Over the last decade, the small store front has grown into a full-service restaurant on the East Side with a smaller store front on the West Side much akin to their humble beginnings. They serve muffins, cookies, and other pastries along with breakfast and lunch fare. The duo also caters to many high-end clients throughout the city.
Community is a priority for Kevin and Amy as well. They believe in sustainable practices, like composting and buying locally sourced ingredients, and donate their time (and delicious culinary treats) to the local schools.
They believe a world where everyone takes pause to reflect on their actions, thoughts and words is one that can bring about a better tomorrow. «Ciao for Change!»
