Great travel agents in Manhattan, they really saved me when I was having trouble finding a plane ticket.

I would not recommend using this travel agency. We used this travel agency to book my cousin’s bachlorette party in DR. We decided to stay at the punta cana princess. When we arrived the resort was undergoing major construction and all we could hear was construction noise. They were renovation our building. We asked to switch rooms. We moved rooms to the newly renovated rooms, these rooms were cover in construction dust and the showers did not drain properly and resulted in a flood EVERY time anyone showered. We were told there were no other rooms to switch to and that the rooms were originally had are now under construction. When we returned to our trip we contact Melissa Cahill our agent and told her about the condition of the resort and our experience. Melissa was professional in our correspondence but ultimately was unable to rectify the situation. We had to speak to her manager to get a concession. The resort refunded each member of the party approximately $ 50 and Cinderella travel gave each of us $ 50 of travel credit.
If we had been told while we were deciding where to take our trip that the resort was under construction we would have made a different choice and gone to another resort. We made the best of the impossible experience and wanted a refund for the trip. We felt it was the travel agency’s responsibility to disclose the information about the construction. Melissa admitted that the resort had told them they were under construction but assure her that we would not be affected. The construction was loud, it obstructed a direct path to walk around the resort, the rooms were dirty with construction dust and grime. There were unsavory construction workers that watched us and made us feel uncomfortable to walk around.
I do not recommend using this agency because they will not disclose IMPORTANT information about the resort.

My husband and I had to take a last minute trip to Russia, and were scrambling to get the paperwork we needed to be allowed entry. A friend of ours recommended Cinderella travel; not only were Cinderella’s Agents able to get us our visas within a week’s time, but they held our hand throughout the entire process and booked everything for us, from airline tickets to hotel accomodations (at a great price!). I don’t know what we would have done without the help of Cinderella Travel’s professional and courteous (and hard working!) Agents. I was also very excited to find out that they handle all travel arrangements, from business travel to tours to amazing luxury vacations. We will definitely use Cinderella Travel for all of our future travel needs!

i recently went on a trip to russia and needed visa serives. i noticed that the russian consulate had a link to cinderella travel as a place to get visa assistance, so i checked it out. they were really great! super helpful and attentive. not only that, but i ended up booking my whole trip with them. flight, hotels and tours. the price was great and i really enjoyed the tour guide we had in st. petersburg. really interesting and knowledgable guy, and it was a private tour so my boyfriend and i were able to do things at our own pace. overall, i really recommend it! and they do all sorts of travel arrangements! now if i only had more vacation time…
