I wish Yossi Notik had his own entry, but the one I see on Unilocal is with his old employer, so I am leaving this review here even though it’s Yossi I love, not Citi (they are still numbskulls.)
We just closed on our first apartment in NYC. We didn’t have a buyer’s broker and honestly were incredibly clueless about a daunting process in a cutthroat market. Off all the people we worked with — the seller’s broker, our attorney, and Yossi, it was Yossi and his team who truly delivered at every step. He explained things in a way we understood, never talked down to us, calmed our fears and told us what was and wasn’t «normal», and gave us the best deal on the street and trust me, we were heavily courted. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Trust me… go with Yossi and you will be in excellent hands.

Yossi Notik is the absolute BEST mortgage broker you could ask for. We were first time homebuyers and he made the experience so easy. Not only did he get us the best possible rate (and trust me I shopped around) but an awesome closing credit. He made the process easy, and answered all our questions (as first time ignorant home buyers). He was also incredibly response and professional. I would recommend him to all my friends and use him again hands down. And if he ever leaves Citi I would suggest tracking him down and using him wherever he is!
