I loooooove classpass. The customer service it is good once you email them. The first time they take a while to respond (about 24 hours) but once you start they’re very fast.
I am finding out about studios I never knew existed and I’m loving all of them.

I recently signed up for ClassPass and learned that new members are subject to a policy that only allows them to schedule up to 4 classes at a time, whereas any member who signed up prior to this policy change can schedule an unlimited number of classes. This means that new members are essentially locked out of classes that fill up quickly and require sign-​up a week in advance (as soon as the next week’s schedule is released). Unless you opt to scale back the number of classes you’re attending to keep an open slot available to book that hard-​to-​get-​into class, it’s essentially impossible to get into those classes. It’s outrageous that CP is charging all members the same $ 125 membership fee but putting restrictions on some peoples’ accounts and not others. I’ve never experienced such an unfair policy. If they want to impose the new 4 class scheduling limit, it should either apply to all members, or the membership fee should change for those who can only schedule the 4 classes. I am seriously considering dropping ClassPass thanks to this poor business decision. I emailed with a customer service rep who skirted the issue and provided unhelpful responses. Whoever is running this company should understand that clients paying a standard membership fee expect to be offered the same services.

It’s a really good concept but the customer service is atrocious. If you have a question, forget about it. No one can be reached and if you submit a question through their site you get a canned sales reply that shows that no one read your question. It’s pretty expensive for such bad customer service.

I am super frustrated with Class Pass. When I signed up it was a special where you get $ 25 off your 2^nd month. I used the link provided and signed up for $ 79 membership where I get to attend 4 classes a month at each studio. After only a few weeks I was informed by customer service that they screwed up and that my membership was actually $ 89/​month. That did not make me happy! They would not honor the price that they signed me up at. Bad customer service if you ask me. And now in month 2 I noticed that my membership is also changed to only 3X/​month. Now I am paying more and for less. And nobody bothered to tell me that they changed my access. I cannot believe it. I have written the company but have not heard back yet. I will update as soon as I hear back. I just want to warn others to be aware of what they sign up for with this company and be prepared that they can change it on you at any time.
Their software is not perfect yet either. I cancelled a class before the time where you get charged a late fee and it is showing up a late cancellation… which they will charge me $ 15!
