One star. Owner was very unwelcoming. I ordered two pizzas, then went through to use the bathroom, owner yelled at me, ended up leaving without any pizza. Another NY business that will no doubt go out of business soon.

I deliberated between 2 and 3 stars for a few minutes. Here’s the run down: Pros: –Ricotta pizza was delicious, seriously. –Good size slices Cons: –Buffalo chicken pizza a disappointment — I actually didn’t finish it –Pricing/menu: There is a large menu board. I saw the $ 2.50 slice price and assumed that was it. There must be more somewhere about additional charges for some pizzas, because my two slices rang up at over $ 6. Mehs: –If you’re buying slices, there are pizzas made and sitting out. The staff throws them back in the oven to reheat. Obviously they aren’t going to make one fresh slice, but I don’t know… I passed on some of the pizzas because they didn’t look great — cold cheese will do that, so I feel I may have missed out.

Was watching the Sunday football giants vs. jets and my boys and I decided to order some pizza. We ordered 3 pies/garlic knots /Sicilians /and much more. We canceled the order for the simple fact that the person on the other end of the phone taking the order was pretty nasty! Com’on Claudio get your staff in check I can imagine how much business you’ve lost cause of your staffs inability to be a little courteous! Anyway Hell’s Kitchen is full of great pizzerias your lost !!!

Great pizza and garlic rolls but mediocre service(especially from the one warming the pizza) and«hot as hell» atmosphere. Tried the Chicken Parmigiana. Large piece of chicken«under» the pasta but sauce was bland. Better to stick to the pizza and eat elsewhere unless you want to cook with your pizza. I would get some pizza here again.

So underwhelmed right now! This place was recommended by a staffer on the Circle Line tours as an authentic New York pizza experience. Great! Ya. Not so great. We ordered out pizza to go at about 9:15pm on a Saturday night. Not one person was in the place. OK. I thought it was a little late so maybe I shouldn’t be concerned. We ordered one large pizza with almost everything on it and then a separate order of 2 slices with sausage, olive, and anchovies. I figured there was plenty of time to get it right. Not so. Our mistake was that we didn’t check the order before we walked back to our hotel. The 2 slices that was for me because no one else likes anchovies, had nothing BUT anchovies on it. Seriously! And the flavor of the pizza itself was very forgettable. Definitely wouldn’t return. The only positive was that they let me use their restroom while I waited.

Perfect slice. Perfect temperature. The crust melts in your mouth. Hard to beat for a quick bite.

As the star ratings state: Meh, I’ve experience better. this is just another hole-in-the-wall pizza joint. the staff could have been less rude.

Good Pizza. Right amount of cheese and sauce. This is just a good basic grab a go a slice pizza joint. If you want fake fancy pizza with a ton of garbage on it this is not the place for you. I love coming here for a quick NY pizza fix.

The prices are great. We paid $ 12.50 for three slices of pizza, a soda, and a bottle of water. The pizza was really tasty, nice chewy dough with a crispy crust. The ingredients seemed fresh. Claudio himself served us and was very friendly, if a little tough to understand. The menu is pretty limited but you can get all the basic types of pizza. The location is really convenient. There are a few tables to sit down to enjoy your pizza and it wasn’t crowded when we went on a Thursday afternoon.

Cute little place — great NY style pizza at reasonable price. I got 2 slices — the pepperoni I posts a pic of(really good) and a slice of spinach. Should have stuck with simple — the spinach was a bit dry/hard from sitting too long. Skip it and stick with standards.

Good if you like crust, which was good, and really good hero roll, the bread itself. Everything else just whatever. Counter staff openly mocked me when I said their ATM was not working, no exaggeration, there was laughter, leading to my own at the crazy scenario. Came late-ish with my kids, not real warm and fuzzy service. Cash only, so I wasn’t sure what to do.

Honestly I would give this place 0 stars! The front counter lady is disrespectful and rude!!! After giving me the wrong order from a previous time, I do not know why I gave this dump another chance! She turned her back against me and did not want to serve me. She was totally unprofessional. I asked for her name and she told me to get out of the restaurant. I was furious. No supervisor on premises?! Really?! Then I called their number to ask for a manager and the guy hung up on me TWICE!!! Please please please do yourselves a favor and do not come to this shit hole! I can’t believe they did that! This woman needs to be fired! I feel sorry for the owners. Everyone at my job will not be going to this place again! The food isn’t even worth the price you have to pay. It’s seriously a rip off! Go to Two Boots, you’ll like it better!

The pizza was ok. Nothing at all special. The price was kinda high, but I get it in that area of the city. The customer service? Rather crappy. I walked in, wasn’t greeted but was stuck listening to them speak loudly to each other while I was trying to figure out what to order, then still didn’t get acknowledged when I was looking back and forth between them to have my order taken. It was eventually taken… but come on, guys. Not cool, especially at your inflated prices. I say make the haul, stumble, or whatever denotes your state of being and hit up someone on 8th ave… or even 9th.

The margarita pizza was tasty and decently-priced for New York. The buffalo wings? Those just made me so friggin sad. Trust me, I com from a Western NY family, and we *drove* to Buffalo to get wings. These aren’t it. They’re just fried chicken wings. No sauce whatsoever. What’s the point? While tasty, they definitely lacked that Frank’s Red Hot SAuce that makes true Buffalo wings worth having. Sadness.

This is the best and cheapest pie I’ve eaten so far in the theater district. Solid delivery time. Little hard to understand the guy on the phone, remember to havee patience. We order for lunch meeting here all the time. The crazy topping orders never cost that much.

10 dollars for a sicilian, plain slice and two margarita slices. Not bad! Usually other places charge more for getting a specialty slice(margarita /sicilians /etc) I really like the margarita slices because it comes out nice and crispy from the oven plus the sauce is pretty decent. The crust is chewy and has flavor which I appreciate. This isn’t the BEST pizza I’ve ever had but it hits the spot when I am craving a slice plus it’s a block away from my apt… yay!

Guys, please note this is just your local pizzeria. It’s not some«special» hidden magical pizza castle. JUST your local every day pizzeria that is of course overpriced because it’s located in the city. This is my local pizzeria. I come here when I am too lazy to hunt for some food. $ 2.50 for a regular slice. No sauce for your rolls unless you pay extra. Boo. Pizza I would have to say is pretty great but giving it a 3 star since it looks kind of dingy(don’t want to sit and eat there) & a bit pricey. Also don’t order delivery cause for some reason the pizza doesn’t taste as great delivered. It actually tastes kind of soggy. Gross.
