Dr. Jeff is caring and capable chiropractor. The office staff was wonderful with navigating the world of insurance. A great experience, they are the best.

I live near this office and recently pulled my back out from a compounded series of stress and bending and twisting at the wrong times… so I had been in bed for a few days when I decided to call the office and ask for some help — Dr. Jeff picked up the phone and told me after I explained the situation that I could come in that day within the hour — I was in a lot of pain !! Michael at the reception desk is truly kind and compassionate… the office plays some great music as well and art hangs on the walls to focus your mind — its a nice quiet serene place… Ive been to many many chiropractors and I found Dr. Jeff to listen and respect my expressed desire to be adjusted very lightly — non invasive adjustment — it was totally on the money — the intake was 120 but they said they give a discount for people who liven the hood after the first intake — i gotta say its an incredible comfort to know this place is right across the street — !! no more «crawling» to cabs in a fit of pain for me when my back «goes out…» Dr. Jeff was able to get me moving after two visits… there are a lot of quaky chirps out there and Ive heard some horror stories about bad chirps but this is not the case here… low key — intelligent and knowledgable… look no further if your in the hood and beyond… thnkxx Dr. Jeff… and Michael !!

I think Dr. J is a good chiropractor. My experience has nothing to do with his skill. I was told to come twice a week for a while. The office told me my co pay was one amount and I paid in cash each visit. After twelve visits I got a call suddenly saying my co pay was a larger amount and how much I owed them for the past twelve visits. Had I been told the correct amount, I could not have gone twice a week due to financial hardship. I am very upset with that office. They blamed the insurance company but my insurance company told me they were told the correct amount weeks prior. Friendly phone call from the office saying they would accept ½ the amount that I owed them.
Good business, in my opinion would have been to waive the amount because it was not my error… and let me continue and pay the correct amount when I can come in. This was. I will never go back and never recommend their office !!!
