Club Monaco

The store was supposed to open at 10. The manager was having a meeting and told me to wait outside for 5 minutes so they could finish their meeting after I had been waiting for 10 minutes outside. It was after 10 am at this point. She was the late one. Such bad customer service.

Super rude associate at checkout counter. The way he treated me, his tone of voice, ugh horrible.
The store itself is beautiful but interacting with someone like that just completely takes away from a good shopping experience.

The store was nice and clean and everything looked organized. Its also in the perfect location to do all your shopping.
One thing that surprisingly bothered me was one of the staff members. I was trying to have an item returned and one of the sales associates there was not friendly at all. He had this annoyed look on his face the whole time. He also made sure that I knew he was inspecting my returned item inch by inch by waving it in my face. He took a good 2 – 3 mins doing that. I’ve never had anyone do that to me. even high end fashion stores don’t do that. Might I add he was rolling his eyes? Like wtf? Anyways, after I swiped my card and waited, he puts my receipt on the counter and doesn’t say a word. He just stood there with a dumb look on his face. I had to ask him if I was done and if a signature was required and he responded by quietly mumbling something. I assumed he said yes and just left.
Sadly, I will not return to this particular location. I actually wanted to stay and browse around to see if I could replace the item that I just returned. Unfortunately, after experiencing such poor service, I wondered if they would even assist me in doing that.
Thank you to the security guard who actually greeted me when I walked in and when I left. You did an awesome job!

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good selection. They were sold out of the size I was looking for, but they were able to locate what I needed at another location and place the item on hold for me for 1 day.

One of the best Club Monaco’s with a very attentive staff. Everything is neat. Their sale racks are probably the most stocked with most sizes, especially mediums and larges.
Worth a look when you are around the area. Avoid the one in SoHo.

I’m really feeling CM right now. They are definitely a mid-​level brand that you should try to incorporate into your repertoire. The Men’s section is visually appealing and laid out appropriately. Sale section is located in the rear and store associates are extremely friendly but not overbearing – a difficult characteristic to develop.
I purchased a carcoat, a dress shirt and a knit sweater for a very reasonable price. All 3 items were on sale but you’d never know because the fit and finish is higher end. I can’t say enough how well– quality clothing, can make you look. It’s one thing to dress couture but if you don’t have that type of budget, CM is an alternative you should seriously consider to augment your daily look. That is, if you can afford it of course.

I really love this store, because of their designs. The only problem is that I can never fit their clothes, even a size 0. Wish they make their sizes a little smaller and more to the Europeans and Asian body type, becaues their cut and lines are absolutely beautiful.
It’s hard to find a bargain here, since their clearance items are still very high. Therefore, I normally go and drool, but hardly buy, since their sizes do not fit me and their prices are outrages. At least, lined the clothes if you’re charging those prices.

The staff is nice…
The front door person said hi and bye, the staff asked us if we needed help, with out over doing it and make it seem like they are dying for a sale.
Overall the store layout is easy to navigate everything is folded and kept nice and tidy.
Ok maybe i can not afford the stuff there every time i go in — but at least i want to remember that the experience i had was nice so in case i decide to buy something i know which location to pick and choose –and who to ask for.

Something about this store makes it my favorite CM. Never crowded and the people working there are actually helpful unlike brain dead flatiron.
