I used this company when I had horrible viruses and pop-​ups to the point where I was locked out completely. The IT Bobby helped go through my computer and in an half– hour It was ready to use and had no problem since! I highly recommend this company. Use Bobby, he was very helpful and took care of all of my concerns!

Unfortunately, my company has an account with Corsica. Corsica cannot handle a company with less than 600 employees. The system is down almost every two weeks which takes a minimum of 3 days to repair. Their staff that picks up the phone is rude and condescending. There is only one person that systematically comes out to site for repair that is nice and knows what he’s doing. Other than that, do not waste your time with this company. Save your money and invest it in an IT company that is knowledgable and cares about their reputation for exceptional service.

My company had an account with Corsica and attempted to use them to fix our printer. (Our printer had been leaving a yellow line on anything we printed in color.) We explained the situation over the phone and a Corsica technician was sent out. He removed the drum and cleaned the transfer unit. The problem appeared to be resolved, and the technician told us that if the yellow lines came back, he would happily order a new drum for us and come back to install it.
The yellow lines came back almost immediately. Under our original agreement, we had a 30 day warranty for the repair. We contacted Corsica to schedule a new technician to come in. Not only did they refuse to send someone to fix the problem, they also refused to communicate through email, leaving us nothing in writing to prove that they had neglected to keep up their end of the agreement. Someone named Larry did send over a part number for the replacement drum, suggesting we could order it from Staples. We were never refunded for the service, Corsica did not hold up their end of the bargain, we were forced to order the part ourselves, and an intern ended up fixing our printer on that occasion.
Unaware of how uncooperative they had been to our previous office manager, I contacted Corsica when we were experiencing an identical problem with our printer (which was now leaving blue lines on the paper). The woman who answered the phone first put me on hold, then transferred me to Larry. He informed me that their only technician was on a «long term project» and told me I should just call Brother.
I ended up replacing the drum myself, leading me to believe that not only was the repair simple and that we had overpaid them to fix it the first time, but that we were being denied services by Corsica because Larry didn’t feel like dealing with it.

I had a misfortune to come by this jokers searching for a place to fix a large format printer. In no time the estimate for repair went from $ 149.00 to almost a thousand dollars with perfectly good parts being replaced and pocketed by the tech. At the end I told them to go away and had to call the credit card company to make sure that no unauthorized charges are billed to it.
