If you don’t have hours to spend in the waiting room, don’t visit this office. Once you meet Dr. Radnay, he is engaging and takes time to create a treatment plan. However, trying to get a hold of him, post visit is difficult as he is often with patients. After waiting for a return phone call for ten days, I decided to go elsewhere for treatment. The highlight of my experience was his receptionist, Christina, who was able to track down my MiRI CD in enough time for me to meet with a a second surgeon. She was helpful and responsive.
