I typically concentrate my law practice representing commercial banking institutions in a wide range of sophisticated financing transactions. My experience includes representing both borrowers and lenders in commercial loan workouts, restructures, and foreclosures. I also represent individuals and corporate buyers and sellers in the acquisition, sale and lease of residential and commercial real estate.

Additionally, I counsel clients in the formation of non-​profit and for-​profit business entities, the merger and acquisition of businesses and joint ventures, as well as general corporate matters. As part of my practice, I also handle matters relating to contracts and international trade. I am fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
