Last week I was shopping for an engagement ring for my future fiancé. My first stop was of course 47^th street’s diamond district. Boy what a big mistake that was!!! The only thing these people wanted to do was to draw me inside their store and sell me anything that they could find. When they realized that they couldn’t sell me anything they started to act rude and pushy with me. Later, a friend told me about a shop in the West Village that he had shopped from and recommended that I go check them out. After, my 47^th street experience I was a bit apprehensive to visit anymore jewelry stores. However, I did decide to go, and boy! Let me tell you what a great decision that was. As soon as I walked in the store I could feel a really good vibe right away. The staff was extremely courteous, and patient with me. The gentlemen gave me many different options to choose from. I felt like a little kid in a candy store. He helped me pinpoint the right ring that I was looking for without making feel pressured. I purchased the ring and proposed to my girlfriend that same night. She loved it and said YES!!! We will be getting married in March of next year. I just want to thank Erick for all his help. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Love this store! I got great help & the store have a lot of great brands! You can find, vintage Rolex watches, Nixon watches & Calvin Klein watches for exemple. I had the best experience here!

i have been doing business with them for over 7 years, i am an old «47^th street» customer from the 80’s 90’s etc. i can tell you he is a fair man and this place is not your butcher meat market dealings like 90% of 47^th street dealings. he’s calm and takes his time, and you don’t have to pay $ 50 to park and wait 20 minutes at the parking lot to get your car either. he has made me many custom pieces, and has taken in on trade (at a fair price) jewelry and watches and found me what i wanted. i had a very rare ancient coin, with great biblical history that he built a crucifix around. not many jewelers would attempt this job, and the price i paid was very fair. so if your looking for the «47^th street slam bam i got your money man» this place is not for you. and no i am not a relative, or he asked me to write this or get anything for free. just a very satisfied customer. I gotta say to the last post, i’m sorry you had a bad experience. I go there and X is my man. They aren’t the cheapest jewelers around, but the quality of goods, attention to detail, customer service, and follow up treatment is second to none. I’ve gotten 2 chains, a custom made piece, and have had 4 friends get chains, bracelets, rings, and watches from Crown Jewelers. This place is great quality gold and diamonds. Holla at my man X!!!

Jeweler lead me to believe he would match a price given to me by another jeweler, but when I got there he failed to do so. His price was a lot higher, not a deal at all. So I went to the other place and got a better deal. Save your time and patience and go somewhere else.
