CVS/pharmacy Flagship Store

I came in here to buy a cartoon of cigarettes for my 2 French bosses whom I’ve been working with on a feature film for the past 2 months. But low and behold this «flagship» store does not carry any I repeat any cigarettes. How can you call yourself a CVS if you don’t have a shelve behind the counter stocked with smokes.
I was hoping to buy anthem a gift as their personal supply from France has run out. I find this store to be a shameful disgrace.

This review is of the photo department, and in particular new register staff on the second floor of the store. I stopped by to pick up a photo order, and clearly the associate assisting me at the register was not properly trained. First, she did not know where to find photo orders ready for pick up even though they were all in a stack near the register. We had to wait for her colleague to be available to point her in the right direction. It did not help that her colleague was scolding her, unprofessional and very awkward to watch. Then when we finally found my photos, I pointed out to her that some of the photos were printed on the wrong size paper (as confirmed on my order receipt) thus leaving large white gaps along the sides of the photo. She snapped back I should cut them when I get home. I asked politely if the photo department could use their straight edge trimmer, readily available and sitting on their counter, to trim off the excess, and she snapped back «Can you pay now? Pay now. Just pay.» After paying and asking again, she finally paged a manager, who several minutes later, turned up and fixed the photos while being quite pleasant. Entire process took over 15 minutes with barely anyone else in line, when the whole point of ordering photos online was to pick up quickly and leave.

You smile and thank the lady and take your sample. Is this a dream? No. You’re at the the holy grail of all CVSes.
This is the flagship so you can imagine what shopping here would be like. I’m always a big fan of CVS because of their coupons and extra bucks. Shopping here is a bargain compared to other pharmacies.
This place is 2 stories and has every thing you can imagine, extremely well stocked, you can even find stuff you’d see at whole foods like coconut chips, cold press juices, POM juice and more. They even have food from panera, fresh produce, and salads. There are public restrooms on the 2^nd floor. You never need to walk down the stairs here because it’s all equipped with escalators. The place is so big it’s like 3 CVSes in one.

Opened only few weeks ago, staff is so so nice and you are greated with a smile. I was looking for an item and the staff just went beyond to help me, love the costomer service. There are also public bathrooms on the second floor.
