My husband and I found Daniel by sheer luck and we’re so fortunate we did! After sifting through online listings and contacting agents who they belonged to, Daniel was one of very few who took us seriously and followed up regularly. He wasn’t interested in just giving us more info on a single listing, he genuinely wanted to help us find our home.
At first, we were willing to look anywhere at anything (and we did) — but after that we were better able to narrow down our search to what was most important to us.

Daniel is diligent, caring, professional, and genuine. He has valuable knowledge of the real estate market and did not hesitate to tell us when to walk away and wait for something better. He also kept on our budget and never tried to show us something we couldn’t afford.
I’m also proud to say that Daniel ventured beyond his Manhattan/​Brooklyn clientele and sold us his first apt in Queens! When we decide to buy/​sell again, we’ll have no hesitation going back to Daniel.
