Used their bulk laundry service and it came back great. Nothing shrank, smelt good, and was packed in plastic clear bag within my laundry bag when picked up. I wish they were open to 8 or 9, but otherwise seems decent. I’ve used their service only once, so I will adjust my review as needed.

Solid place. They have gotten out some tough stains on clothing for me. Staff is friendly and taken the time to get to know my name.

I would give them no stars if I could. Their employees are rude and never give you a true answer. Their alterations are poorly done. Clothes come back stiff and wrinkled if you use their wash and fold service. Find another cleaner.

I’ve never had a problem with their actual work, it’s their hours that I don’t like. Generally if one wears the kind of clothes that require frequent dry-​cleaning, one is wearing them predominantly between 7AM and 7PM Monday through Friday. I don’t work close by, and I can’t leave work early to pick up dry cleaning. I can’t say «sorry boss, in order for me to look presentable at work, I have to neglect my responsibilities at work.»
Yes, they’ll pick up and deliver. But for those of us who don’t live in a building with a front desk, that requires you to be home to receive said delivery. And I’m not home during the day either! My girlfriend is home some of the time during the day, but her job expects her to be available to work during that time, and my girlfriend is not my damn secretary.
The bottom line is I often find myself running short on clean clothes during the week and having to take time out of my Saturday (the one day I get to relax) to schlep down to the cleaners and get my shirts. If they want ⁴⁄₅ stars, their options are to come out to my office in New Jersey in the middle of the day to give me my clothes there, which is highly impractical since they’re trying to run a business (whoda thunkit!), or they can stay open until 10. I would do bad bad things for a dry cleaner who stayed open until 10.

Staff is friendly. Service is quick. This is our regular place for dry cleaning.

They ironed the lapel of a suit — really messed it up. I was giving them a second chance. About a year ago they also ruined a piece of clothing in the wash & fold load. The place looks nice, but the service and way they treat clothing is sub-​par.
