Bad dentist. Substandard, unaesthetic dentistry. Arrogant. Abusive. The lower prosthesis he made was illfitting, lopsided and the teeth looked like corn kernels rather than natural teeth. It was so retracted it failed to line up on my gums and being so lopsided, a functional occlusion was impossible. It caused me severe pain and inflammation. He cemented the temporary in with highly retentive cement without informing me, making adjustments or retrieval so difficult that he drilled it out of my mouth leaving me with nothing but useless bits and pieces of the prosthesis. Untrustworthy and deceptive. He totally ignored my aesthetic and clinical concerns. Because he couldn’t remove the cemented temp without destroying it, he knowingly left me in brutal pain. Disgraceful. He dismissed my pain caused by the temporary he made me as «in my head» and told né to take meds and see a therapist” Inept and lost he physically and emotionally abused me. I have a diffucult case and Dr Okay was not qualified to help me. I was advised by my surgeon to leave Dr. Okay.
He treated me both at Beth Israel Hospital and his other office and charged me two consulation fees! I was told by his office mgr at the time it was an error and I would be refunded. I never got it. I repeatedly sent documentation to Dr. Okay and no response. Illustrates his lack of integrity. WORST DENTIST. The picture shows the lopsided, bad fitting prosthesis, the drilled out broken pieces he left me with and how he left me. Terrible dentistry. He refused toi refund all my $$$.
