At 15 years old wrote my first program, a video club database. This open the doors to who I am today.

Focus in the costumer and feeling the need to provide the best support, I graduated as IS in 1999.

Working in different fields in the private sector, Educational and commercial IT support to learning and eager to share my expertise, in the beginning I shared my knowledge with coworkers and friends this lead to teach computer repair, servers, network administration, phone systems and more.

I always shared my experiences in the class getting out of the books with real scenarios.
