We worked with Directloft solely via email from abroad, moving from London to NYC. Sheri and Pavel were amazing! They were so incredibly easy to work with and so reassuring and very responsive. When we finally arrived in NYC our place was exactly as pictured and expected.
The check-​in process was seamless. We arrived around 6pm on a Thursday. Though their office closes at 5pm, there was someone still there to take our final deposit and hand us the keys. They’ve even touched base with us via email a few times in the week since we arrived just to make sure everything was going well.
The furnished studio apartment we rented from them is great! It’s in the Meatpacking District, the bed is comfortable, and our super is… super. We consider ourselves very lucky to have stumbled upon Directloft from afar and we hope to always use their services. Thanks Directloft for a great introduction to our new city!
