Dirty Laundry App

I’ve been using Dirty Laundry services for sometime now. My laundry is always picked up and dropped off in the agreed range of time discussed. Specific clothes need specific instructions which they always follow. Whether it’s scented detergent, non scented, clothes to be folded or hung, they always come back delivered just as I had asked. After using their laundry services for month and seeing positive results, I decided to have my dry cleaning done with them. They never disappoint and my clothes come back looking as good as new.

Stay away from this place!!! I had scheduled a pick up of my dry cleaning and clearly selected the appropriate box however they dropped off my clothes in a bag and instead of dry cleaning my clothes with they threw them in a washing machine. They ruined and in the end lost 2 pairs of my pants. When I called to let them know they incorrectly washed my clothes serge, one of the owners proceeded to tell me at first I selected the wrong box however my email confirmation read dry cleaning. They then proceeded to say let us fix it they came back to to pick up my clothes for dry cleaning. They then lost 2 pairs of my very expensive pants and ruined the balance. I had to repeatedly call to check in where serge the owner proceeded to talk to me like I was a moron that he was trying to sell to. He proceeded to tell me that he lost money too. He lost my futures business. However I tried to explain the difference between actuall loss as opposed to potential future cash flows. Moron that he is. He finally gets back to me and sends me this outrageous email attaching his disclaimer and stating they have never reimbursed (which means Regis has happened multiple times) but he was so excited that he got the partners to bend the rules to give me 100 bucks for all of my clothes that were valued at 6000+. The funny this is that his disclaimer states that they reimburse u up to five times if there is loss or damages which would be approx 500 bucks. When my insurance adjuster called him out on that he played stupid or perhaps played was a strong word! Stay away from this Place!!! I didn’t want to give any stars however I was not able to post without selecting the one!

Absolutely love this service. I’m typically not one to spend money on something I can do myself but I can spend my time relaxing over the weekend instead of having to spend a couple hours washing my clothes. The pick up and drop offs have always been within the time slots that you choose and comes with a free bag for future use. And even better, they send a text msg 15mins before arrival. This place was amazing and super easy. I just packages all my laundry in bags and they picked it up and dropped to back no problems! You have to try this place, I have never true fluff and fold services before bc I was skeptical. This place has a customer for life! The laundry is nicely folded and organized. Each few pieces are grouped by size and packaged cleanly. The whole experience felt so luxuriously simple and pampering. The stress and struggle of laundry taking up my only free time is over!

The quality of the dry-​cleaning service is average but the polite, door to door customer service makes up for it. Great to use if you are a busy professional.

I decided to try Dirty Laundry because while my other service was great, they unfortunately didn’t communicate or follow instructions when it came to the Free & Clear detergent/​No scented softener etc. So if you really need a service that is cognizant of people with skin sensitivity to dyes I would highly recommend Dirty Laundry. The guy on the phone explained to me they do not use scented dryer sheets either when I called to confirm which is good.
It has been almost a week now and my skin condition has improved back to normal.

My 1^st Unilocal review and thought this place actually deserved it. I ordered pickup online on Saturday, my clothes were delivered as scheduled the next day, smelled great and with a toberlone chocolate bar on top :)! For the same amount of money that I usually pay for a wash and fold service when I personally drop off my clothes at this other laundry place close by my home and I’d wish my clothes would smell half as good, this place is way more better, charged me the exact same amount and pretty much saved me the walk/​drive!

I just had my first batch of laundry dropped off, and I couldn’t be happier! They listened to my instructions on what was wash and fold vs. hang dry, and everything came back in reusable bags that I can now use in the future. The pricing was extremely reasonable (cheaper than I used to pay) and the app makes it easy to know when your deliver is on its way.
I was regularly using another company but all of that changed today. I’m a huge fan.

Yet another perfect experience from these guys! This time it only took one day to get my stuff back, too. I’ll try to keep it brief, but they do such a good job it’s worth every word. First, off I used my nice big bag I got from them last time to be picked up and got another awesome one back. The process was constantly updated on my phone and made it easy to know how close they were to being done. I’ve noticed hey like to push on the later sides to their estimated pick up and delivery times, but always within range! Fair is fair. This time I only needed about 20 items of regular clothing and a few towels washed and folded (no dry cleaning), which I had the options of choosing which detergent type I wanted. Pretty nifty! It only ran me $ 30 total! I tried to tip the nice Eastern European guy, but he said they cannot accept tips (which Is why I write this thumbs up review instead!) My clothes came smelling amazing and thoroughly dry. All of it was tightly pressed in a plastic inner bag as well and folded beautifully. I have included photos of how it looked upon receiving it for others to reference who never have used this app! All the socks and underwear were bound by their branded straps and separated by color. Really well done guys, I thank you again for making my occassional lazy days a smooth experience :)

Door to door service! Never left my apartment, extremely efficient and clothes were delivered back to me in very professional manner. Plus, they gave me chocolates. Who doesn’t love that?

Amazing service! !! They sent a text message saying they will be there in 15 to 30 minutes they came in 5 of that text!! The Clothes were nicely done. Everything was wrapped with their logo. I was very VERY impressed. And everything being done over the app is very convenient.

I still find it hard to believe, this is better than good. Impeccable service, laundry is perfect, always on time, they text to let you know they are on their way, easy to reschedule. I absolutely recommend you try it!

This was my first time using the service and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. My laundry was picked up and dropped off by their friendly staff in the time slots I set. The laundry was folded nicely, separated, and smells so good. Your clothes also come back in a really nice laundry bag that you can then use for future washes. I was hesitant at first, but now I’ll definitely be using this business on a regular basis. I definitely recommend the dirty laundry app!

I am the biggest perfectionist and was quite impressed with the way it smelled and was folded. The ordering process is simple and straightforward via the app or online and you get a text msg when the dirty agent is on their way for pickup and also for delivery which is a very nice touch indeed! I will definitely use them again and refer my friends and family. The owners were very nice on the phone and took time to answer all my questions which I appreciated. They provide a nice size sturdy laundry bag which I liked and also emailed my invoice to me after my order was delivered so very efficient. Pls do yourself a favor and try them out!

This was definitely the best laundry service I have ever experienced. Was prompt on timing, my clothes are clean and smelled fantastic. I was feeling really frustrated for the past few months that I could not find a high quality service for an affordable price, but this definitely takes the cake! I am so happy I found this service and will definitely be using again, and many times after. Thank you so much for your great service!

The service was very meticulous and everything was cleaned and folded expertly. The customer service is very thorough and they were able to correct a few mistakes that occurred on my first order.
