This store has a lot of miscellaneous stuff you need or forget to bring. They have souvenirs for those who are tourists and a lot of daily needs if you need them at a discount. They even have fuzzy slippers to keep your feet warm during the winter! The staff that works there are nice and friendly to the patrons!

This store has every craps you need but beware the quality is not all genuine. My mother bought a steel serving dish, it said 100% steel but once it heated in the steamer, it melted and has a hole on the bottom. If you want to return the merchandise they may not exchange it unless you have a receipt with you.

So much random stuff, all at $ 1 or slightly more. Don’t expect the highest quality goods, and you won’t be disappointed. It’s also a deceivingly large store, so if you’re thorough with your perusing, you could spend a good 10 – 15 minutes here and rack up $ 20 worth of stuff that you didn’t really need but thought was a good deal.

This place does have about everything you need. I use to love this store but things has changed. One time I brought a bug zapper/killer. It was broken! I went back to exchange it a day later. She didn’t let me! She said where is the receipt how do I know you didn’t buy it somewhere else then coming back here to exchange. So I went out of my way to find the receipt then went back and was like here is the receipt. Then she said no still can’t exchange cause its they claim it’s not their’s.(it was a older version that they sold to me, I didn’t notice it when I brought it.) She was like all the ones we have here is new. I was in there for a good 10 mins trying to exchange a broken item that they sold to me. In the end they didn’t exchange for me, they have lost me as a customer and also gained a poor review. It was only 5 dollars… By the way, if you buy just 1 item they didn’t charge me sales tax. Happen to me a lot of time.

A very well stocked dollar shop located in the tiny bylanes of Chinatown. This was one of the places where the staff was patient and ladies behind the counter was friendly. The store actually is very big and carries a lot of merchandise and supplies. Definitely a one stop shop for all those dollar item needs!

Cute«Dollar» Store! Not everything here is a buck. You can find your usual dollar items at Dollar More such as stationary, birthday party items(ie. cards, goody bags, candles, gift bags), pencils, highlighters, paper plates, cigarette lighters, etc. They also sell Chinese New Year red packets, Chinese paper decorations(often displayed in Chinese Restaurants), and Chinese car ornaments(often hung on a cars rear-view mirror). The store holds a wide variety of NY souvenir items as well. Dollar key chains, mugs, pencils, beer bottle openers, stickers and more. So if you’re looking for a small gift for some of your friends and family back home, this is a nice place to drop by and look around. Dollar More items that aren’t a buck include: plates, silverware, chopsticks, earnings, necklaces, small camping chairs($ 3), pots, pans, small Buddha figurines, shower curtains, bathroom mats, etc. The store can get a bit crowded at times and the isles are tight as you move towards the back. The cashiers are usually nice(keep in mind, you are in CHINATOWN) and very quick. If you’re in the area and have some time to browse around, don’t forget to stop by Dollar More.
