Doug O’Brien Hypnosis

I have used Doug O’Brien Hypnosis now for three different reasons. The first hypnosis session was to quit smoking. This hypnosis session was smooth. He has you fill out a form before you start the hypnosis and then you do some hypnosis exercises and begin the work. I wasn’t entirely sure it would work for me, as someone tried to hypnotize me before using another kind of hypnosis and it didn’t really work. However I gave Doug’s hypnosis a few chances and I wasn’t entirely sure if this hypnosis had worked, except that I definitely quit smoking after three sessions, which has resulted in me saving a lot of money which is nice.
Beyond that, I’ve been back for hypnosis for several different more personal issues. I can say that if you’re looking for quality hypnosis, or hypnotherapy in terms of it’s effects, Doug is amazing. I have been to one other practitioner but I prefer Doug’s approach to hypnotherapy and hypnosis which is more natural feeling, if you ask me.
All and all a good experience. I have learned to trust in whatever he is doing because it works. Once in a while we’re doing an exercise I don’t quite understand, but it’s usually quite pleasant none the less. I’m sure I will be back.
