Dr Walk-In Medical Care

I was going to see a doctor there but unfortunately the male receptionist was very rude, unprofessional and menacing. I decided not to.
I asked if they take my insurance.
Receptionist said they don’t so I told him that it was listed as accepting insurance on the website and he call someone and had entire conversation in Spanish.
As soon as he finished his phone conversation, he handed me a form and «Fill this in»
I was like
«Oh you do take my insurance? you just said no.»
Then he started arguing he never said that they don’t.
I asked his name he refused to give out and started screaming and call the doctor because she was his supervisor?
In any event, these clinics are run by unprofessional rude individuals who do not speak complete sentence and piss you off badly.
I would avoid by all means and go to see your primary doctors if possible.
TO THOSE WHO ARE MANAGING THESE CLINICS.
PLEASE CONSIDER TO HAVE THEM WEAR IDs SO THAT THEY MAY BEHAVE BETTER KNOWINGLY THAT CUSTOMER CAN REPORT ‘YOU’
