The staff needs SERIOUS lessons in customer service. I was there on 12÷30÷15 and the girl waiting on me at pharmacy was more interested in looking at her smartphone… she kept tapping on it for any updates… than helping me. And her co-​workers were just as bad. Go to the CVS on Lex for better service.

If it was possible to give less than a star I would. I try not to use this pharmacy at all costs but sometimes due to time constraints I have to fill a prescription on a lunch break. They are always ill prepared and rude. Today the pharmacist might as well swore at me she was so damn rude.

This location sucks. I can’t believe that it does, since it’s in such a ritzy neighborhood, but it does.
So I’m standing in line and it’s finally my turn, but just as I’m about to walk up to the register, the cashier walks away and starts talking to her co-​worker about her nails. So I patiently stand there and wait until she says «NEXT»… She did see me standing there, but she still left her cash register to go talk to her co-​worker…
Cashier: So you know… This why I cain’t neva get my nails did…
Co-​worker: Why is that?
Cashier: Cuz I always be pulling dem tips off…
Co-​worker: So why don’t you just stop pulling them off?
Cashier: Cuz you know… it feel good to pull dem off…
Cashier: NEXT!
(talking to me) — Why you so far away? You can come up to the counter?
Me: I didn’t know you were open. You were giving yourself a manicure and all. Didn’t want to intrude.
Yeah… This location sucks.
