I will more than likely never come back to this Dunkin ever again. They were supper efficient, kept the line moving, and the attitudes of the employees was pleasant. However, they passed off a regular blueberry miffun as reduced fat blueberry muffin, either than or they’re making their muffins completely wrong. I’ve been ordering reduced fat muffins for the past 3 years, not so much because they’re healthier but because I like the taste better than the regular blueberry muffins and every time I’ve ordered the reduced fat muffins, they’re slightly lighter, more moist, have more blueberries and sugar on top. When I got to my desk after ordering I noticed I had a dried out muffin with none of those attributes. I went back and explained I must have gotten the wrong muffin. The woman that took my order explained to me that my order was correct and that was the muffin I ordered. I had no intentions on arguing with someone that had control over my food, so I took the loss and ended up tossing the muffin. I wish I would have taken a photo before I tossed it.

Quick and no lines(except in the weekday mornings) Very friendly staff. They sometimes try to put cheese on my breakfast sandwich but I watch them like a hawk and yell out to stop the madness!

Not my taste… Cheap and nasty, this one is located in a dark and gloomy spot, no wonder the staff all looks unhappy… Will never visit them again!

The people who work here are f-ing idiots. I ordered two combos, which I learned later only include sandwich + coffee, and specifically said«no hashbrowns» when I saw that the worker added them on. He said hashbrowns were included in the combos and this would be cheaper than ordering sandwich and coffee separately. After I paid and looked closely at the receipt, I noticed that the hashbrowns were NOT included in the combos and cost an additional $ 2. $ 2 doesn’t mean shit to me, but the fact that he lied to me pissed me off. I confronted him about him, and his response? «They’re already being made.» And then I watched him(pretend?) to struggle with the cash register, so I told him forget it and glared at him the rest of the time. I debated snatching $ 2 from his tip mug but decided not to.

I like this location. It’s close to work and they manage the line quickly. The cashiers are patient while I try to figure out what I want!

This Dunkin’ Donuts is a reminder of why I’m willing to pay more at a specialty coffee shop. It’s just an all around unpleasant experience coming in this DD. The lines are always super long between 8:30 — 9:30am. The baristas scream«CAN I HELPYOU?» before the customer in front of you even finishes paying, so they NEVER hear your order and end up asking you to repeat it 2−3x as you get closer. Their mission is clear: get you out of there quickly. If that means messing up your order a bit, no one seems to care. I come in here ONLY when I’m craving a warm cup of Dunkin’. If not, I’ll choose one of the 20 other coffee shops nearby who seem to be remotely concerned about the customer experience.

Very nice people. Hey guys, the outlets along the wall do not work… I want to stay here longer but I need to plug in. Good place though, very friendly.

This place continually screws up my orders to the point that it’s became expected. Now I’ll only maybe stop in for a coffee. Borderline terrible

This D&D is the fastest around. They also have great prices.

In search of a Starbucks while in the Wall Street area, I stumbled into this D&D and decided to drop my search for the Starbucks. They have really clean facilities and they aren’t a very large location, about 5 – 6 tables for two and then some window seats. Ordered myself a peach-flavored ice tea(unsweetened) and the reduced fat blueberry muffin. I haven’t tried the peach-flavored ice tea before so I was surprised to find it so full of flavor and refreshing. This is a perfect summer drink if you want to cool things down. The reduced fat blueberry muffin was enjoyable, but I deducted a star because the guy behind the counter gave me the ugliest looking one of the bunch. These two items only rang me up to a little over $ 3(under $ 10 seems to be rather unheard of in this neck of the woods). I also enjoyed the music that was playing. The tunes playing are reflective of a hot hip-hop/r&b night out in a poppin’ Meatpacking District club. Really revs up energy levels and kept me goin’ at my paper full-speed for the hour I stayed here.

Brand new location, so still nice and clean and the employees aren’t sick of life yet. Other than that, same as any of the other five Dunkin’ Donuts you can go to on any given block in the city. Dunkin’ coffee is pretty bad though. You are better off going around the corner to Financier and paying a dollar or so more. Super convenient if you live in The Financial District and are too lazy to walk a block to the one on Maiden Lane. They have free wi-fi too, which could come in handy next time Time Warner cable goes down again for days.
