Dunkin’ Donuts

I go here all the time and I never notice any attitude, or wrong orders. I don’t drink caffeinated coffee, only decaf, and they always have some. They could have sugar raised donuts, and in general DD has overly frosted donuts, but now I get cinnamon.
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this place and only a white liberal snobs, as live in CG, would demean such a place. T

HORRIBLE! everything about it — horrible. Huge problem… you can order the same exact thing three different days and each day itll be something different. DD should get with the program with this franchise. Speaks so poorly of their company. The staff have the most limited training, i feel bad for them… the mess that is this store is not their fault. I deserve a big fat refund from DD for all the money ive wasted there. (Yes i do still go intermittently, by default). PLEASE HELP THIS DD LOCATION!

Every time I come here after school with my son I have hopes that somehow a miracle will have somehow transformed it into a more efficient experience. And it never happens. Ice cream is good. Coffee is the Dunkin’ Donuts standard good. Service… Well it’s slow. Very slow.

I am very surprise and really disappointed in myself for being so generous with my last review.
Customer serviced at my last review I said it was great. I must have been drinking when I wrote my last Unilocal review. Because it was no where near great not even bad. It was below horrible.
— the people working behind the counter rushed me. And had a bad attitude. They showed no respect and no great customer service. They was horrible.
— they place is much dirty than before and the bathroom is worst than before.
— I had a iced tea from them last time. And I want to say this but I was being too generous to say say this. But the tea was sooo horrible and sooo bland. A baby can do a better job. Or a toddler. What a shame.
Also as a note. I am not coming back here again. I was but their attitude blew me out the door.

This dunkin donuts location isn’t the best one I’ve ever been too. The staff usually gets my order wrong by putting too little milk in the coffee. Also the chocolate chip muffins are very dry. The store is pretty dirty inside. The only reason i come to this dunkin donuts is pretty much because of its location when I’m in Carroll gardens.

This is an above average Dunkin Donuts.
Located on the corner of Court and First Place in Carroll Gardens, it also has a courtyard since it used to be a pizzeria years ago. This makes it quite pleasant to socialize or enjoy ice cream/​coffee/​your purchase outdoors during the warm weather. There are several tables indoor and the place is kept immaculately clean. Lines can be long especially in the morning but the staff is helpful and friendly.
Overall, it is one of many Dunkin Donuts/​Baskin Robbins establishment but this one serves Carroll Gardens well.
